- This week, Dale Earnhardt Jr went to a "Core Workout" Class with his wife, Amy, and a few of her friends. Amy sat down with Mike and Dale to tell her side, and about all of the other endeavors that Dale has been taking on recently.

I'm with Amy, I was offended when I seasoned and cooked rib-eye steaks. My brother in-law then asked for A1 sauce without even tasting the steak. Nice job on that ring, Jr.
My favorite thing about Amy being on the podcast is that it brings a completely different side of Dale out. He loosens up and we see sides of him we would have never seen otherwise. "I'm gonna walk in here one day, it's just gonna be a collar" and "NO NO NO...we're going to tanning classes." 😂
Mike, too. He seems like a totally different dude and you can see why he and Dale are friends.

Anyone else notice she called him Ralph at 18:56? Idk why but that made me happy. I've watched this man my entire childhood and adult life and I've never heard anyone call him by his first name.

Something I’ve noticed in both this video and last weeks video, from junior’s facial expressions, is that he loves and adores Amy. What a beautiful thing to have that type of marriage. Makes my heart happy to see a couple in marriage in love with each other. Such a beautiful blessing in life. Happy for you two.
That woman is amazing! My wife passed away almost 1 year ago to date and Amy reminds me of the "love heckling" she would give me. She was also amazing. Rip Melisa Gail Horne!

I was never a fan of Dale Jr. back in 04'-09' when I was obsessed with Nascar due to his fame, but man I can't help but love the guy now. I don't watch races anymore, but I enjoy the podcast tremendously. Great episode, it's nice to get a little into into Dale's personal life.
