It was absolutely delicious . I stuck to the exact portion sizes and I posted a photo on FB and loads of friends wanted the recipe so I’ve shared the link. We added less water, more cream which was fab. Going to try your other recipes! You’ve given me so many ideas, thank you so much xx

Chicken is totally allowed on Keto. If you can get country chicken instead of broiler that is probably healthier. But most of us don’t have access or can’t afford it. But chicken on general is absolutely fine for a keto diet
