      @@yourdearestmisha I did I lost visible inches in span of 2 months. That's why I came back, earlier I was doing Emi Wong's workout however there was no result even after 4 months of doing it.

    I'm laughing when I hear people saying Pilates are "soft and gentle" workouts 😅 I'm doing a lot of weight lifting and running, and Pilates workouts are still challenging me, especially with you Nicole, thank you ❤

      I'm so glad to hear this. I've been weight lifting and running too so I feel like I "cheat" when I do pilates but it still gets me sweaty and works all the "little" muscles. Thank you for sharing and thank you so much, Nicole!!

    You are my first and best pilates/fitness teacher. I started my pilates and yoga journey in my small bedroom following your video 2 years ago when I started a new chapter of my life by moving to another new country in my early 20s. I was overweight and wasn’t happy with my looks. The first time following your videos was incredibly taught but your soft voice and the pace of the videos helped me push through the shaking and exhausting moments. I’m glad that I have you beside me in my transformation journey. I’m now successfully reach the first goal I set ( I lost 13 kg from 69kg to 56kg) after consitently stick with your weekly videos and having a healthier diet. I appreciate all the time and effort you put into these videos and public them for free for people who can’t afford gym memberships and prefer working out at home!❤

    I’ve been following Nicole’s videos almost daily for two years now. Each new video keeps getting better (not to say her older videos weren’t gems in themselves)!     Your workouts literally saved my circus career. I had aterrible back injury that turned into chronic, debilitating pain which made it impossible to do everyday tasks for almost two years but since I've been doing your videos, I can train and move almost normally again and just feel so much more stable and string overall.     As always - another great workout! You are a lifesaver! My physiotherapist just asked me what I was doing so he could tell his clients (clavicle subluxation) because I have recovered so quickly and don’t have the typical bone protrusion.
    You are the only person I’ve ever spent time commenting on, but I think it is important you continue to receive the gratitude of the people you are helping in so many ways (I have skimmed comments, and you are genuinely helping in a holistic way).     i love you. i started doing these a year ago after a long break from pilates and boy was it hard. i stopped to rest after each exercise. on this one I didn't stop to catch my breath once. so yes, practicing patience and kindness with you, Nicole. it's helping me through such hard times.

    wow i needed to take way more breaks than usual, just mentally i haven't been feeling it during my luteal phase, but pushing through felt so good and i really liked the variety! it made it easier to push through my psychological blocks from pmsig and made reaching the end, stretching portion was so worth the effort

I’m a recovering alcoholic and now that I’m sober again and getting back into my routine with you.. it’s hard to believe I even stopped because the good energy and amazing feeling I am feeling right now is UNMATCHED. Coming back to your channel today and doing this workout has had a big impact on me. I can’t even explain it but now I know without a doubt I am so ready to stay consistent again! This was my favorite so far. A lot of your workouts are my favorite lol but this one was truly special and meaningful to me! You are doing an amazing work on this earth, helping others, changing lives, and inspiring millions. I pray that God will continue to prosper you in everything that you do!     Bought new pants. From Size 12 to Size 8! 🎉❤ I started your Pilates 6 months ago. After a while I did 2 more intense ab workouts in a day, while also watching my intake, and counting my steps… Not giving up. I continue to love your workouts Nicole. ❤

    TY, perfect for me today as I return to Pilates with, hopefully recovering, Achilles tendinitis & tennis elbow. Modified the down dog and only did half the push ups on my knees but otherwise I was able to complete the class. It certainly didn’t feel like 40mins. You are an exceptional instructor Nicole and we thank you for sharing your classes with us. 🙏🙏

    Nicole!!!! that second movement almost took me out. I found myself exiting my full screen and saying "this must be an advanced lesson".... when i saw that it was intermediate I decided to stick it out. I struggled through the second exercise and I'm so happy that I did. This was a really great workout. Thank you.

    Wow. Three million. I've been with you for about 4 years now. I try to fo a class every day and really miss it if circumstances mean I have to miss a day. My core strength is amazing.Need to work in my quads a bit more though.
