2014 Hyundai SantaFe Low Power P0299 Turbo Underboost

This Hyundai SantaFe was brought in for a low power complaint and MIL on. Scan revealed P0299 Turbo Underboost. Smoke testing found lower tank on intercooler broken. Intercooler can be replaced without removing the front bumper.
