This is awesome! Im looking for an 06-07 TB. Planning on boosting to 500whp or so but I would use an air to air intercooler with left side in and out. Use curved pipe like you did with water intercooler.
I'm going to make a video with a breakdown after the dyno. But if I had to give a rough estimate I'd say around 8k but that also includes the price of the vehicle. Without the cost of the car, about 4500, npt including dyno tuning.
i have the low level sensor sitting on my work bench, i am going to install it, i just want to make sure everything is working properly before i go and add another point of potential failure lol
Yea. I got some ss lowering springs and upper front control arms are a requirement. Plus I'm going to get all new shocks, struts, and the remaining control arms. Just wanted to get it running good before I tackled the corrosion.
im doing a similar deal 4200/65e in a swapped situation. Just going back and fourth between do i keep the 65e or sell it and get a th400 before dropping it in. @@J-Whit
well for what its worth, its been fine so far completely stock at 440whp and tq with nothing but torque management and line pressure adjustments. @@74novacustomLSX
A well built 60e would cost 4x what a stock th400 would cost to hold the same power sadly. Did i miss what year this setup was? I have an 07. From what Calvin said im only good for maybe 2bar max with this ecu. If you are running the same ecu how are you scaling the 3bar. And are you worried about not being able to adjust the VVT? leaving lots of power on the table and ability to come into boost faster @@J-Whit
so i can scale for a 3 bar on the e67 and also adjust the vvt. this is an 09 and the 08/09 pcm had full access to everything. the e67 is the same pcm found in the zr1 and ctsv. so it has a lot of capabilites. for example, i just added in flex fuel. @@74novacustomLSX
lol just _never_ waste money rebuilding a 60e for "performance". Been there, done that...used the t-shirt as a rag. A strong 80e is best on this platform.
Glad to see the AC and Heat are back up and running! Keep up the great work.
Thanks! It does feel good having a fully functional vehicle.
This is great. Jeremy is solid.

This is amazing. How much would you estimate you spent on this build?

Nice to see it moving!
Looks good, are you going to put a level sensor in the Meth tank to make sure it’s not empty under boost?

You ever going to get rid of all that crusty suspension?
Yea. I got some ss lowering springs and upper front control arms are a requirement. Plus I'm going to get all new shocks, struts, and the remaining control arms. Just wanted to get it running good before I tackled the corrosion.
Need a list of the build. I wanna do one
if you go through the playlist there are many other videos that lay out parts used. the intro video shows a majority of the parts.
I didn’t know those computers could handle any more than single bar MAP sensor
i cant speak for the earlier model years, but the 08/09 are essentially just gen 4 LS computers.
Did you build your own exhaust manifold?
I did not. I used the Artec Manifold and then we made the downpipe.
@@J-Whit did you use upstream O2 sensor?
@@PRSQUAD88 Yes, upstream o2 sensor, no downstream, and a wideband.
@@J-Whit thanks great video
How mi h would you change me to turbo my trailblazer
I barely have enough time to work on my own stuff, let alone someone elses lol
Sounds good can't wait for it to rip
what turbo kit u got and cams
Stock cams. The turbo manifold is from artec, and the turbo is a pulsar s372. Everything else is custom fabricated.
Whats the plan for the 60e?
Build it as much as I can for now. 500whp should be obtainable with a well built 60e
