Thank you for getting to the point without spending 45 minutes rambling. much appreciated! How do you know what percent of each item is in the proprietary blend? It could be 90% carrot and 10 percent everything else?
Thanks for mentioning the issues in regards mushrooms for people with autoimmune conditions. I mentioned this the other day, and not many people knew about it. "Boosting" the immune system isn't always a good idea.
@@eloisepharmacist so if you are on immunosuppressants you should not eat it. I noticed Kat mentioned hashimotos. I also have this but am not on immunosuppressants. I was wondering if this would be an issue then for me? I don’t really eat shiitake mushrooms anyway. It mostly eat button mushrooms and sometimes oyster mushrooms.
Happy I found you , I have lupus and MCS, I have a hard time digesting fruits and vegetables, I am gluten free and many said AG 1, so I’m hoping you have advice also for best protein. I need protein and nutrition so I can’t eat a lot. Thanks Kat
This was great information and coincidentally I had purchased Enso after a fair amount of research. It was nice to know that I picked a great green. I have been using Trader Joe Organic Watermelon and Cucumber juice with the greens and it is delicious. I use half juice and water. Anyway……thank you! Found you from DeeCee’s channel 🎉❤
I've tried Athetic Greens and really liked it but it got too expensive. Then I heard about Enso and tried it. I like the taste of AG1 better and like that you don't need to take any other vitamins because it has everything you need. I might go back to them because Enso is having packaging issues that ruin the quality control aspect for me.
Informative video. Thank you. What do you think of diy solutions for a better price? for example: -1 part Moringa -1 part Spirulina -1 part Baobab -1/4 part ginger powder -Add sweetner
I have ulcerative colitis, so raw fruits, and vegetables are really hard for me to digest. so I’ve been looking for a green supplement! Thank you for the helpful video!
So several people I know rave about AG1. As you said it is very expensive. Out of all the other green products out there which one comes the closest to what AG1 offers at a better price? Or is there one green product that you would recommend over AG1? Thanks
Wait a minute.. no mushrooms if autoimmune 😮 but... Don't mushrooms support the adrenal and endocrine system as well as lowering inflammation ? I wonder if I've been destroying myself...
Maltodextrin is in the enzyme blend because manufacturers use fillers and other ingredients as carriers...Usually probiotics also have maltodextrin in it...I don't think Bloom added maltodextrin intentionally it's just how supplement sourcing works
I just started the Enso/Live It Up Greens today and I found it absolutely disgusting. I'd definitely prefer the grassy taste to this weird minty taste. But I like that it's not artificially sweetened so I'm going to finish the package. Not sure if I'll continue when it's finished, I guess it'll depend on how I feel when it's over.
@@lesliegutierrez-roman1690 the original flavor. At the time I placed my order, the wild berries one wasn't available yet. I'm definitely willing to give the berries one a chance.
I don't like them fortified with a multivitamin. If you already take a multivitamin or supplements then you may be getting way over the RDA and close to the UL for them. I am also not interested in the ones with fiber. If you are already taking Metamucil you really don't want to go over 7g of dietary fiber supplements. Be careful with these if you are already supplementing.
Video jumping is annoying to me too, as well as the frequent hand waving. I was trying to focus on the information but the visuals were just too distracting.
Can’t say this review is helpful because it doesn’t go into the details of whether it had positive health benefits and comparison of pros/cons after certain weeks/months of use. Only focuses on taste, ingredients..
Powdered greens is if you don't have time for real veggies fruits....it's not as healthy but something better than nothing. I would think actual fruit and veggies have the enzymes still available, the drying process exposes everything to oxidation and the heat during the drying process depending on company process should destroy some vitamins and minerals that are heat sensitive like vitamin c....
The point she was making through the entire video was that there is no single best one. The best one is based on your needs which she specified in the video. She Liked Enso and Primal Greens (if you don't have a bloating issue) and AG1 if you don't mind spending the extra cash.

Is this a specific type of mushroom in high doses that isn’t good for autoimmune diseases? What about regular mushrooms in a meal?
@@j_viewer4007 Shittake mushrooms have a specific mention as well as some of the ones used in Chinese medicine.

Thank You! Just tried my Enso shipment today and I was surprised it had a mint after taste. And I agree on adding some fruit, that would be nice.

I appreciate this video as I currently take AG1 and enjoy it but wanted to hear your opinion on various greens supplements.
Does the AG1 taste bad?
@@barbiebordini4709 It's not bad, a slight pineapple/green flavor but I mix it with a sugar-free flavor packet so I don't notice.

Yes, the jump cuts made me feel there could be something wrong w my brain (besides what I already knew).
The only green powder I know of that has Nutrition facts vs supplement facts on the back of the container is Field Of Greens.
Have u seen benefits with Field of Greens
Great video, Kat! 💚
How does Moringa powder match up in this topic 😊
If you do a part 2, can you try out Revive's Daily Greens supplement?
What are your thoughts on Alanis Nu super greens??
Are any of these products detrimental to someone with Polycystic kidney disease?
Green energy is my favorite
Any chance you could take a look at the Arbonne greens balance?
Have u tried cymbiotikagreens?
Damn....I've been drinking Bloom for months. Guess I'll have to try a new brand.
I've heard peppermint is bad for hashimoto's.

It is gross and they put you on auto ship without your consent. Also can’t return product.
The heavy metals in spirulina though… 😬
There's heavy metals in it?!
I drink them everyday but they taste like a loogie
Why can't green supplements take the place of actually greens, when they provide more nutrients? You made me dizzy moving your hands around so much.
