You are amazing. I have lived what you have described here, and I finally figured out my adrenals were completely fatigued because of my lifestyle.
It took me years of feeling the way you have described, and literally getting to the point that I thought I was dying before I actually made huge changes in my life and daily routine.
I started by going to yoga to try to calm and ground myself. This choice ended up being a groundbreaking and life altering decision. Once I had the smallest semblance of peace and stillness in my mind, and started listening to what my heart and body was literally begging for, I found the courage to face what was wrong, and what was destroying me, and completely change my life around.
I have actually decided to become a holistic life coach because of everything I have been through personally and the profound changes in my body and mind that occurred once I realized what was really happening to me.
I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health, but I feel as if life coaching will give me the ability to reach women that are really struggling and help them in all aspects of their lives, not just their mental health. I know that for us to gain optimum results, we have to take a holistic approach to healing. Thank you for your video. It is completely on target. ❤️💪🏻

Hi Jenn 👋 i needed to message you about the lab work sheet in the other video i was watching about menipause. My bleeding is so terrifying at times i where adult dypers and change them about 6-8 x a day. When i saw u talking about the clots, i nearly fell back off my bed. Mine r anywhere from a half-dollar mostly bigger, just thinking about them brings me back to when my son was born. Bc they look like tiny PLACENTAs. U could do a science class with how many i could grab thru out the week to 10 day i have my period for. It changes every month the duration of time i will have my fre. Ind in town.

I was in stage 4 of adrenal failure and had flat cortisol at my worst in the final stage. Finally got a doctor that could test and get me on hydrocortisone, he gave me a referral to a local endocrinologist and I found a dead end as this endocrinologist swore up and down there is no such thing for adrenal failure/insufficiency. This was 12 years ago and although I have improved somewhat I will never be like I was before the adrenal failure. Before I found so many doctors that didn't even really know about adrenal problems, now I got doctors that at least will acknowledge they exist but don't know how to treat it. It is a hellish nightmare and don't wish it on anybody.

It sounds very tempting, that it is all about hormones, but we are quite complicated mammals... what if... adrenal fatigue is a result, or a symptom of something bigger, like never processed trauma, which has been sitting inside, exhausting our adrenals, and waiting to be discovered? The thing you mentioned about irritability.... sounds like CPTSD.

I’ve felt fatigued and had a hard time feeling energized or stressed (which I DO use to get things done, and have all my life) and also haven’t really felt like myself since July/August. I also find myself eating tons of sweets and if not sweets, savory/salty meats. I broke up with the firsts guy I ever loved, in the start of May and felt the repercussions of that until mid-July. Also I got blackout drunk mid-May. Over the summer I took a 1 credit class and worked in Lowe’s Outside Lawn and Garden. In my current dorm room there is just about no natural light. I don’t know what to do to get my energy levels up, I can’t seem to get stressed or excited about anything, which is new for me because I have ADHD. Don’t think I’m depressed. Is this adrenal fatigue or what is this, and how on earth can I feel stressed, get my energy back?

This is really interesting to me...
Years ago someone suggested I take a supplement for adrenal fatigue and I took it for a long time and stopped when I realized I wasn’t suppose to take it daily for so long. Then I started only taking it a couple times a week.... over summer I put the big bottle of supplements in my cabinet and forgot about them...
Now for the past month what I assume is my asthma has been horrific. I’ve been to the hospital 3 times and I’m still struggling and feeling hopeless...
I searched TH-cam and something about not being able to breath being related to adrenal fatigue...
Then in your video you mentioned craving salt and crunchy foods...
I rarely crave salt... except the last month I can’t get enough cheese puffs, salty crackers and pickles which I normally don’t even like very much.
I just went and got my supplements out. Praying that this could be the answer to my anxiety, sleepiness and most importantly my breathing....
👏🏻❤️ I already don’t consume caffeine, I dont smoke or drink alcohol...
    I like sugar tho 😒
    I don’t exercise anymore because I can’t breath
I usually eat well but lately I choose easy foods because I feel to sick to do much

31 year old male, about 6 months ago i was feeling tired most of the time which was new to me, so i did my research on youtube and different websites and it seemed like i was hormonal imbalance, i ordered desiccated bovine adrenal and thyroid glands from a very well known company which i was taking their desiccated liver and I was seeing good results so thought this would help as well, first started the adrenal caps 500mg/day for 8 days didn't feel anything then started taking the thyroid 500mg/day for 4 days and i felt some pain in the thyroid area so I stop taking both capsules and later I felt pain in the right side adrenal area too, soon after i started to get mad and hurt over silly things, like jokes we make with my brother at home calling each other stupid or dummy and this was not a new thing but all of a sudden it started to get me like im really a dumb person and that would make me sad and mad. A little background story of me, I'm a very confident and solid person emotionally, no words could ever hurt me and here i am getting mad even if you call someone else bad names in front of me, super sensitive about everything, the smallest thing gets me upset and hurt me feelings, and the hardest part is that i know that it's silly and i shouldn't get mad about it but just can't help it. Another example: A friend she sends me an emoji on snap chat saying goodbye which is an emoji kicking me out as saying goodbye and that got me so mad i couldn't sleep all night, it's funny as i say it but it's painful. So slowly i started to get more and more sensitive about everything, like if you hang up the phone sooner than me after we finish the conversation I would get mad! and sometimes a thing my brother would say would hunt me all night till morning not being able to sleep fighting with him in my mind, like oh i should have said that or this, it was like hell honestly, very painful and i couldn't just get out of it. so the physical pain went away about 2 weeks after i stopped taking them, but still a very small pain would come and go if i get in to an argument which i try to avoid at all costs because it really upset me to my max which is not healthy. But then I randomly started drinking milk again, and after eating dairy products specially milk about 4 days my tiredness went away and i had my energy level back! And i was like wow i did all this to myself and the answer was milk which i think is the calcium in it, or maybe the added Vitamin D because i live in Canada and all milks here have added vitamin D in them, so at least i healed my fatigue but the emotion side is still with me, getting agitated and edgy very easy. I wrote this long cause i believe it may help someone who is reading this, Don't take it hard on yourself cause it make you go crazy, just know that it's your adrenal and it can be healed. just when the bad or negative thought come to you when you're in a situation, don't just go with it, step out and know it's a trick your mind or the hormones playing on you. just stay at present (NOW) i know it's hard at beginning but just keep trying to focus on NOW and be present and just don't think about the situation that made you upset, trust me it work wonders, it may try to come back at you don't fight it just stay present and don't pay attention to it, soon you will feel great and you will pass it and just magically your surrounding will be much calmer and better when you Stay NOW. you will feel a lot better and can focus on healing yourself. i believe sleeping early before 10 pm is the answer. i also do believe in water fast but i will go with sleep first. Feel free to ask questions :) i'm here to help.

Adrenal fatigue is a total myth.

No, I am a thyroid cancer survivor who has hypothyroidism. Adrenal fatigue is not backed by medical science.

Kay P. I always wondered if it was a myth . I am borderline hypothyroidism and the symptoms are so similar to “adrenal fatigue”

"medical science" says a lot of things that doesn't serve itself. A lot of us are smart enough to cure our own cancer without dealing with for profit doctors or having parts of our bodies taken out. Having "survived" "cancer" doesn't make you a medical expert, @@kayp4601 No offense.
