I feel seen. AS a therapist, I was so angry when i went in asking for support (mainly exploring HRT) and they offered me a SSRI. Ahhhhhhh! I am not depressed. Grrr

I’m in the apathetic part, I’ve heard of adrenal fatigue and when I got blood work done it was all in “normal” range. That was a few years ago and I started to think it was me or depression because I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder and PMDD and ADHD and PTSD. 😬 And it feels like when I got get help I get sent home with less answer than what I started with. I have Raynauds and I think a gluten sensitivity but this is me doing my own research. Well, I have a psychiatrist and have been going to one for about five years and that’s where I got those diagnosis. I do take meds for adhd, and depression. I used to work out all the time and loved it and was really into having nice muscle tone and healthy weight but I stopped because of difficult relationship, work, insecurities and so on. Now at 43 I feel like I’m finding myself and more confident with loving myself but the apathy and low energy is draining me. I want to enjoy life and as of now I feel like meh.

Have you considered working with a holistic practitioner who can run the functional testing that a regular doctor may not know about?

Even when I educate, research, and track my symptoms -doctors continue to dismiss me
