    Some who suffer from cpstd experience this. Always in flight, fight, freeze, fawn mode. Thank you.

    I get sweaty, dizzy, anxiety, low sugars, can’t sleep even though I’m very tired. Could adrenal fatigue cause hypoglycaemia

    • @vasudevpranadas
      @vasudevpranadas 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      yes. adrenal fatigue leads to adrenal insufficiency that can cause hypoglycemia.

    Thank you for the useful content! Please tell me how to get rid of heart palpitations and obsessive thoughts. Some say magnesium helps, but I have a low blood pressure.

      @nameofthegame9664 ปีที่แล้ว

      Check your B1 (thiamine) levels. Low blood pressure, heart palpitations, anxiety and obsessive thoughts are common symptoms of a B1 deficiency. B1 is safe in high doses so just try taking 300-600mg a day and see if it makes you feel better.

    I’ve been having puffy eyes for over 3 months and I’m always restless in the morning and evening like I’m on coke or something. I also have poor blood circulation, excessive yawning and jerks in the body with sometimes restless leg syndrome at night... could this be adrenal fatigue and also maybe a hyperthyroidism issue.
    Not to mention I have flabby breast and trouble losing weight around the stomach. Both are flabby... I’m going to see a holistic endocrinologists soon, I pray they don’t charge too much.

    I just got my blood results back from EverlyWells Female Hormone Test. I am worried and would appreciate someone’s help or opinion! I am 24. I’ve been very tired for the past few years, and I am losing my hair. I have also been experiencing low blood pressure the past few weeks (101/50) and recently fainted due to LB.
    I tested positive for TPO Antibodies.
    Both my progesterone (2.8ml) and cortisol (0.3ml) are very low.
    FSH high at (10.0ml)
    Yet my TST (2.4ml) T3 (2.8ml) T4 (1.4ml) are in range
    Is this PCOS, HYPOTHYROIDISM, OR ADRENAL FATIGUE?
    Please someone help me!!!

    • @DrJanelleSinclair

      Adrenal fatigue is probably not the most scientifically accurate term. It does exist, and it is real. It's best to have the DUTCH hormone testing panels done to accurately test cortisol levels throughout the day.

      I feel doctors like this dont genuinely want to help you find the root cause of your issues, I'd suggest a naturopath instead, get your hormones tested including cortisol, they help in a more holistic approach helping tackle the root cause of your problems unlike most doctors who rather jus feed u a bunch of meds and mask your issues, leading to more issues in the future.
