Shan, I came for the plus size/alternative fashion originally, and stayed for you and who you are. I love your bloops, your cats, your fashion sense - home and personal, and I've always admired and envied your constant ability to push through, and be the sweetest person ever. I have always found it crazy that your channel didn't take off more, but maybe that's fate to allow you to make changes without you feeling like you don't dare. I've never seen you as an over-consumer, but more as someone who provides cute things on Poshmark (and then through the store) to plus-size people, and that is recycling baby! The plus-size space is sadly going extinct thanks to Ozempic etc, and it really feels like there is hardly anyone relatable left. But, since I know how depression and anxiety works, I can 100% say that chasing joy is sooooooo needed. Pushing through for years to make ends meet has left me with poor health, unable to work (so ironically worse off financially) and full of regrets. I always thought there'd be time to fix things and do/experience things, and I'm now facing the fact that no, that's just not always the case. I am older than you, and am just happy to hear you making changes in a positive-for- you way. At the end of the day, you absolutely must put yourself first, and prioritize your own health and happiness. Do not live for others expectations. I look at your videos as visits with you, and if they happen less frequently and with different content, well I'm just happy to spend time with you! It’s hard mourning that side of you but it’s needed. It’s not all for nothing, it was your stepping stone to today, just like the stepping stones you’re making now will lead you where you’ll be in the next few years. When you’ve spent so much of your life not loving your body, always feeling sick when you eat, always working so hard to barely get by, never feeling “good”- and you reach a point in your life where that shit don’t affect you anymore and you find a way to actually love and live your life and be comfortable in it, you take it. Why you did something years ago because you needed funds may not be the same need today. That's ok. When life changes jobs might also need to change. There's nothing wrong with that, but it can definitely be scary.

I had just discovered Shein and that I could finally experiment with affordable alternative styles and I needed to see how things looked on someone with a body similar to mine. Eventually, I got over the excitement, and now I've settled in to my goblin core era LOL! (graphic T's, earth colors, comfy cardies or boho vibes - just no baggy pants. Skinny Jeans for life!) I still watch all of your hauls because Shannon you are so beautiful! Your style is incredible! But girl I stayed mostly for the vlogs and the shop with me's. you have to think of yourself FIRST, but i REALLY hope you don't decide to go away from youtube with your content totally as you stated because i look forward to seeing you and love to check in on what's new for plus size gals, i wear almost same size so it was easy to see what worked at places and what didn't, I love torrid and would sometimes rush to stores after seeing one of your vlogs... I hope your change is a plus for you and your peace but i do look forward to seeing you...especially when the fall and Halloween rolls around. i would have totally loved to have gone to Greece its always been on my bucket list of wanting to go there, but sadly may never happen its so hard to have that kind of extra money to do it💖👻

And, make that money. You need to put your energy into making money and supporting yourself, do not feel guilty about this. If your shop is making you money you need to focus on it.
