Still governed at the moment solid 32mph on a mm80/105 frame

Black66 so non hemi with flat top .570 with +.20 billet rod and just hot265 cam should I try rockers after installing the cam, piston,rod? Would it make more power? Billet flywheel now with stock but jetted carb,intake with 22lb springs pulls 6550rpm max now

Tillotson 72mm bore race block, custom camshaft, 1.3:1 rocker arms, 32mm intake valve, 28mm exhaust valve, max porting the intake and exhaust ports, welded in 28mm intake tube and custom 28mm carburetor, billet side cover and stock stroke crank and a billet connecting rod. It comes out to 225cc. You be the judge on what type of a build it is...😂

@@Black66 Yeah, I remember floating the valves a couple times in my big block Charger at the drags. Happened around 6000 rpm, with 6 pack springs. I learned real quick to shift at 55-5700!
@@Black66 Do you ever use some kind of tachometer to accurately gauge your rpm? Do they even make one? How much rpm can you get away with on a stock rod and flywheel?
@@Black66 I've learned more from you in one week than I've learned from Cars and Cameras in 3 years. They don't answer anyone's questions, they don't do things the right way, and they jump around a lot from bikes to carts to quads, 3 wheelers, mowers, cars, etc. But they do entertain, lol.
Ratio rockers multiply the lift on the cam lobe and applies it to the valve, increases valve lift, it also alters the rate at which the valve opens and closes. Basically with a ratio rocker you get more valve lift and faster valve opening.
I pick them up all over the place . OMB warehouse, Studz racing , ARC, DIY performance, Some eBay vendors and more . Really all over the place . I’ll have to make it more of a habit to put the links in the description.

The seat is the original seat from the 1960's. When the bike was restored, that was the only part that wasn't restored. But you can get one that looks just like it on gokartsusa.com
Hey brotha I have a Azusa and the rear rim wobbled so I bought a new 6” tri star wheel and it still wobbles. Does yours do the same ? Been trying to fix this for the last two days
The one I have is a vintage bike from the 60's ,so it's kinda hard to price it. I know the vintage bikes are going for quit a bit now. They have a replica frame like mine on gokartsusa.com web site . I cant remember the price.
$250 for ...I think it makes more difference???? like 1/2 hp at 30,000 rpms???? hardly worth it. get a bigger cam right away and be done with it. cheaper to spend $110 on a BIGGER CAM and stock rockers than a $75 cam and $250 rockers to get .325" lift

2.77! Holy crap! But how do you know when your valves are floating? I've done it on V8s, but not a single.
It starts surging or cutting out up at the limit. With the cam ,carb, and header pipe, it happens pretty quick with the lightweight valve springs.

Yes , the same length pushrods worked with the 1:1 ratio rockers and the 1:2 ratio.
I had champion style shaft rockers 1:1 rockers on it before.

Do they help with top end or only torque?
It seems to rev a little higher too. I think they helped all around power. You will definitely notice a difference.
You have to make sure you use heavier valve springs so it will rev higher. I had to switch to 26lb springs to stop the valve float.

So far around 60 . I just put some heavier springs in it . I'm gonna test it out again with a different gear .
