Charles buddy, you really make cars and Cameras just that much cooler and you're like Ike and John's little brother. I tell ya I get a little worried when I see either of you boys on those sketchy little bikes so please all of y'all stay safe!! Also big congratulations on a great event at mini mayhem, I can never get enough of those mayhem vids
Lower the tire pressure on those rigid frames to 10-15 lbs and it will help some. Love all the one liners in this video! Charles: I can't work in these conditions! and Sometimes you're the windshield and sometimes you're the bug. John: (speaking of himself) Ever since those new people moved in, there has been a lot of screaming in the woods. This is why I am subscribed to this build channel and no others: the builds are great, but John, Isaac and Charles, you make the channel for me!
Apparently the haters don't seem to realize that Isaac has been a mechanic for years so whatever tool you consider the right tool for the job isn't always the one that you have at your fingertips if it does the trick that's all that matters find some positivity in your life and quit hating on the man for the way he does it it gets Built For Your Entertainment
you guys got me into building cool stuff like this, im working on a mini ike and a full sized cafe racer, im only 15 its so much better than video games fr
They did the same thing to me. When I first started watching, I thought minibikes were just for people who aren't good enough to ride a dirt bike, but now I realize that they're just cool. I'm building one too with a 3.5 horse Briggs. Gonna be slow as hell, but should be a fun project. Good luck on yours!
Charles, "I guess it's worth keeping you". The expression on Ike's face (11:02) was classic! You better watch out Ike, it sounds like Charles is planning a Stock buy-out and going for a majority shareholder position. Damn kids these days.
I had a great time meeting all of you at GPS actually it was best time I had especially talking to Charles he has a great personality they all did but he's really funny I would have loved to talk more but I'm sure y'all get pestered enough. anyways stay safe and keep on keepin on y'all!!
A lot of consumer level presses, "low speed" is still way to fast for steel. I have access to a milling machine. It can go nice and slow, or really fast. Bits last a lot longer too.
Some WD or PB on that drill press goes a long way in the fight to keep bits sharp. Just a tip from an old timer. Honestly soap and water is best as it in non flammable.
Honda licenced the semi-automatic shifter clutch ("Slick Shift") mechanism from Jawa, in 1967, paying royalties on all models sold with this feature. All Jawa & CZ 2 stroke road, trials & trail motorcycles have featured a semi-automatic shifter clutch mechanism from 1957 to 2021. I ride a CZ 2500 twin and it's a great feature to have, especially when the clutch cable breaks.
Keep up the good work. I hope Ike made full recovery from his injury. Speaking of that, when are you revisiting the 4 wheel monster that tried to kill Ike? 😬
It would be really tricky to get the pitch good enough to work. Plus then the edges need to be tapered which I gues can be done by hand. I haven’t done enough research but I’ll try sometime
Springer saddle!!!! Btw, really glad to see the good amount of safety gear, Ike... Need to see just a little bit more on everybody else at C&C. Look at it this way: Advocate for safety, and your influence could save lives. -Including your own.
you guys need to start using that plasma table to start cutting your own custom gears and gear ratios for all your builds...please?! P.S. Make sure to cut the tooth profiles for the gears for max linear power transfer efficiency from crankshaft to road. I'd love the opportunity to work with you guys. Much love on all your work and rock tf on witch your bad selves~Rage
Get a scissor lift to roll on vehicles and lift how you want, also put wheel holder in front for bikes. I agree with Charles that a right foot brake be better.
i love all of your vids, that being said you got me excited about that mini bike kit so i went to the link to find out its not the suspension fork like the one you show lol dangit
You guys have some tough backbones , no suspension off-road, my back would not love it at all. I would definitely be fabricating rear swing arm and shocks, and find a pair of forks with suspension.
You guys should do a build off where you all have a budget to buy something off of marketplace or Craigslist or junkyard etc. A race to get them running Then hot laps around the track But have a final race where you all go at the same time before times are revealed
I feel like im watchin an alternate universe where i just have way more time lol. Wanted to do the same. Still mite with a solid axle go kart and a floor shifter.
It kinda reminds me of a Fox Scrambler, in a way, well the spoke wheels anyways. And the frame too, kinda.? But what I remember the Fox Scrambler we had when I was a kid, it had suspension all the way around. My old man bought that at Kmart back then.
I've always wanted to take a hearse like that and make a pickup truck out of it. Maybe you could try that if you needed one or just as a project. Still and all, they're great for camping out in just as they are.
That would be a nice little bike with suspension and lights on it. You should do more builds with those cheap 125 3 speed Chinese engines. They even have one that would make a nice little go-kart with semi-auto 3 speed with reverse, electric start, and wiring harness for $370 on Amazon. Make a small go-kart with a suspension and do it all aluminum and light as can be with... something like a single seat Cazador Monster kart. Small and light so that 125 will still work fine. Get some light aluminum rims too.
Great video as usual always entertaining. Can you please tell me what program you are using for your crossfire pro plasma cutter. Keep up the fantastic work guys.
I got a 76 chappy that I completely redid I still have the 80cc 2 stroke that came with it and it runs great but it now has a new 110cc 4 speed semi auto with suicide shifter I regret not going full manual tho but this tiny thing is already a hand full now all because of these guys
You guys have the cross oro so my question is why aren't you putting bigger front sprockets on some of these bikes instead or in addition to rear sprockets. It can give you even more speed for not a lot more work. I've done it on all of my bikes and its a world of difference.
look at an old Cushman huskie eagle scooter to find you way to get a spring arm pivoting shock absorbing front suspension. use like a saddle seat compression spring. the longer the arm the softer the handle bar jarring.. your cnc would make shorrrt work of the pieces to fab
The legendary "Scat Cat" LOL. You have to love the naming of some of the products from the 60's and 70's. If only they knew the future meaning of the word....... Scat....... LOL. Several years ago I bought a Hovercraft that needed a lot of work. It was called a "Scat II" LOL. The first thing I did was strip it down, repaired any fiberglass damage (very little), and sent it off to the painter and I told him to paint over the name and NOT to put it back on. Just leave it blank. When asked why, I mentioned something to him about not wanting to ride in a Hovercraft named for sh*t that was used in a sexual manner LOL.
"some days your the windshield ........and some days your the bug" could be charles's new sticker design :)
Charles always has nuggets of sticker quotes!
Im ready for the t-shirt!!!!! Charles quotes for the win hahaha
I’d buy it
I love how unique this bike is! What mini bike build should we do next?
Yall should do the same as what you did with the Side Winder but use a Predator 670.
id like to see a mini boke with a riding mower diff so its a trike type deal
Congratulations on second place it was awesome event and nice the made dinner for everyone
I'd personally enjoy an all eltric build, using that razor mx650! Would be sick
🤔 with the sprocket adapter I'm surprised you didn't weld nuts on the backside of it to make a quick change adapter.
“Some days your the windshield, and some days your the bug” Charles is hilarious 😂

I wish more people had Charles's outlook. Glad he's become part of the team.
th-cam.com/video/3j4IOiXE9EU/w-d-xo.html
I love the intros so much. The one liners and fantastic editing just crack me up everytime 🤣
th-cam.com/video/3j4IOiXE9EU/w-d-xo.html
Charles says “ I can’t work in these conditions” 😂 you guys are the best!👍
Divide the time board up into 2 wheel, 3 wheel and 4 wheel categories so you can have top 10 of each!
Id want a quad/thumb throttle instead of crank. Idk just me if your keeping it slower.
That's actually a really good idea😂
th-cam.com/video/3j4IOiXE9EU/w-d-xo.html
@@bigjay123 wth does your comment have to do with what I said about splitting up the time board?

I'm only 10 and love doing all sorts of restorations
"I can't work under these conditions. Me and that tree had words." LMAO.
Charles was a freaking great addition to this channel

THANK YOU for flying DOCTOR ISSAC AIR !!!!! Awesome 👍😎
"Some times you're the windshield, some times you're the bug." -Dire Straits
Nice reference!!!!!
When drilling you gotta peck at it and use oil to keep it cool and prevent binding.
I had a great time meeting all of you at GPS actually it was best time I had especially talking to Charles he has a great personality they all did but he's really funny I would have loved to talk more but I'm sure y'all get pestered enough. anyways stay safe and keep on keepin on y'all!!
With drill presses, drilling through hard metal = Slowest setting is the best way. Slow the drill down for harder metals.
A lot of consumer level presses, "low speed" is still way to fast for steel. I have access to a milling machine. It can go nice and slow, or really fast.
Bits last a lot longer too.
22:30 I paused and saw Issacs time before any of you! Thanks Charles!!
Some WD or PB on that drill press goes a long way in the fight to keep bits sharp. Just a tip from an old timer. Honestly soap and water is best as it in non flammable.
Yep.. I rob the wife's dish soap and squirt a little in the spray bottle.

Triumph also out with the Slick Shift back in 1957 to 1958,, look it up.
Honda had bikes with semi-auto trans well before 1967.
It was a real treat to meet you three in Texas last weekend. Keep doing what you do.
Charles is turning out to be a dope addition to the channel, brain farts and all 💯💪🏾👍🏽
I love how charles is one of the boys now 👍🇨🇦
Keep up the good work. I hope Ike made full recovery from his injury. Speaking of that, when are you revisiting the 4 wheel monster that tried to kill Ike? 😬
You guys are having just to much fun 🤣. This Old Man loves your videos. 🛵🧔💝💝💝
You guys have awesome continent. I extremely enjoy watching you guys, keep up the good video work
charles coming in too hot on the final corner is my spirit animal
16:51 is it just me or are clicks like that really satisfying when wrenching? damn over 1mill subs congratulations guys really deserved :)
Great build, gentlemen.
The biff today charles v everyone scratch that, charles v everything today
On point!
Every vehicle Ike tests always sounds like it gains more horsepower soon as he gets on🤣!! 💥
You guys should bring back the drift mower cuz you got the dirt track now you just need the mower
You guys need to build a three wheeler to fat tire two wheeler conversion! Keep doing what you do!
Best channel on TH-cam!! Love you guys
Y’all need to feed Chuck a few more cheeseburgers. He’s gonna blow away!
I’ve got a challenge for John. Try and cut an entire sprocket from scratch with the Cross fire Pro.
Easy to cut, hard to get your profile on your tooth. They don’t really have tooling to do it consistently
That’s what I thought he was going to do. Get a premade contour and add a cutout for the hub. Long plasma cuts make for some good footage!
th-cam.com/video/3j4IOiXE9EU/w-d-xo.html
It would be really tricky to get the pitch good enough to work. Plus then the edges need to be tapered which I gues can be done by hand. I haven’t done enough research but I’ll try sometime
You'd need to cut a sprocket from high carbon or alloy steel and heat treat it. A mild steel sprocket would wear out almost instantly.
Maybe its not that the machines are faster but that you guys get better every time you makew a lap.
I can't wait see y'all again
Now I would loved to have seen you guys riding that bike at the GPS 180!! It was great to finally meet you
Wow awesome mini bike guys looks great 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻stay safe guys
Springer saddle!!!!
Btw, really glad to see the good amount of safety gear, Ike... Need to see just a little bit more on everybody else at C&C. Look at it this way: Advocate for safety, and your influence could save lives. -Including your own.
"And on that terrible disappointment..... " - Nice Grand Tour reference there at the end... :P
Another great video guys, I need an engine like that for my mini chopper
Stay safe and keep up the great work
Rick

Like to see that mini out on the road where it is smooth.
Those holes on the rear dropouts are where you connect the shocks to the seat for rear suspension
Get a scissor lift to roll on vehicles and lift how you want, also put wheel holder in front for bikes. I agree with Charles that a right foot brake be better.
Looks like when Ike and Charles were messing with the carb that their is a filler cap miss. Around 13:13-13:17.
That’s an inspection hole for checking timing. Yes, the plug is missing, but there is no oil behind that cover, just the stator.
Now ya need to make a Springer front end for it and put a solo seat with springs under it👍👍
i love all of your vids, that being said you got me excited about that mini bike kit so i went to the link to find out its not the suspension fork like the one you show lol dangit
Ike's haircut looks exactly like Will Farrel in Night at the Roxbury I loved that movie.
Stock Honda Mini-trail 70's went 45mph out of the box with a 4spd. The rear sprocket was a lot smaller as I recall.
The comment about haters is so true. But really a hammer is a hammer and sometimes so is the ole adjustable wrench.
lol
Like 3 dang brothers, John's just in the middle trying to keep the peace.
great stuff , thanks. The build was sweet nice job guys.
You guys have some tough backbones , no suspension off-road, my back would not love it at all. I would definitely be fabricating rear swing arm and shocks, and find a pair of forks with suspension.
Cool bike! Two questions, what’s the first thing to hit the ground when you crash? All that gear and no gloves, why?
"Haircut" part was the best !
Charles hand in the background at 11:53 just screamed "what else am I supposed to say"
0:05 daaaamn, why did Charles have to do ike dirty like that?😂
Love the content guy's! Keep up the good work! And God bless.
That bike looks pretty fun.
You guys could try cutting your own custom gears. If you get good at it, you can get the right steel and harden them for strength and wear resistance.
You guys should do a build off where you all have a budget to buy something off of marketplace or Craigslist or junkyard etc. A race to get them running Then hot laps around the track But have a final race where you all go at the same time before times are revealed
17t counter sprocket / 33t rear will give you a usable first gear and closer to 50mph in 4th.
What size rear tire did you have when you used this ratio for that speed? Just wondering for a personal build of mine. Thanks in advance
@@xanderhartley6407 I’m basing my sprocket sizing on 10” rims. I use this gearing setup on my Honda CT70’s.
In Greece we put lifan 110 on our bikes, it's the best engines at low budget!
Love the haircut 😂👍
Well boys.......... Ya did it
I hope ya'll aren't expecting any Amazon delivery truck coming up that drive way.lol
I feel like im watchin an alternate universe where i just have way more time lol. Wanted to do the same. Still mite with a solid axle go kart and a floor shifter.
I want one of those minibike frames at 7:56 so I can make an electric one w/ 72v 6000w kit w/ an 80v Greenworks battery.... 😁
Thing has some good looking proportions. Sketchy? Couldn't imagine.
Sling blade haircut rocking it
hey john i would like to see a walk threw on the cross fire . would like to see what all it takes to cut a piece.
Build a suspension for the scat cat minibike, it would be easy to do, and put a Honda XR or an XL 100 or 125cc Motor on it, that would be mint !
It kinda reminds me of a Fox Scrambler, in a way, well the spoke wheels anyways. And the frame too, kinda.? But what I remember the Fox Scrambler we had when I was a kid, it had suspension all the way around. My old man bought that at Kmart back then.
Minibike mafia!
Still pretty awesome guys
I've always wanted to take a hearse like that and make a pickup truck out of it. Maybe you could try that if you needed one or just as a project. Still and all, they're great for camping out in just as they are.
Looking good!!
Lol that's me on the yellow four-wheeler

I would have never got the bike if I never started watching ur guys videos it's helped alot and I'm already on project 2
no expense spared. that milllion subscribers buck sure lets you get the fancy/comfy stuff.... did i miss the milestone special?
Some fatter tires and lower psi might soften it up a touch. Looks fun!
I see more Will Ferrell in Night at the Roxbury when Ike breaks the hair out. Love the flow bud.
You guys have the cross oro so my question is why aren't you putting bigger front sprockets on some of these bikes instead or in addition to rear sprockets. It can give you even more speed for not a lot more work. I've done it on all of my bikes and its a world of difference.

I just realized who Isaac looks like with his new haircut Will Ferrell from night at the Roxbury lol
Ike looked like will Ferrell in night at the Roxbury with his hair cut😅🤘
Was there no oil dip stick in the motor when he was adjusting the carb?
The dipstick is on the other side of the engine. It’s missing the plug, but that hole is an inspection hole for checking timing.

Ike looks like Will Ferrell in "Night at the Roxbury" 😆😄
Not sure if you guys know this. On this Auto Clutch Honda motors if you hold down the shifter it works as the clutch for Holeshots.
13:12 is it just me or no oil cap? I'm actually confused
