Well it's about time ! I've been waiting to see what that bike was gonna sound like once it was all together . And now you've done it and I'm happy to hear and see it running !
Grind Hard Plumbing Co I would definitely subscribe to it. The scenery is incredible and you have great editing skills. You guys are going to be huge some day.
Grind Hard Plumbing Co There’s definitely numbers in the outdoor YT community. But not so much for backpacking and rock climbing. More so survival/bushcraft/primitive and overland.
Sick climbing! I think these bonus videos are such a cool thing, don't stop doing that... The scary scooter is coming along great. I think in a few years, assuming that you guys keep up with this, that you'll have a million subs and enough YT cash to make a pretty amazing fab shop where you can REALLY do some amazing stuff! Lincoln Electric needs to see this comment and hook you guys up with some more welders and a plasma cutter!
Thanks man!! Glad to hear you appreciate the bonus videos! That’s really the dream here! To be able to build a sweet shop where we can make anything and maybe employ some of our friends! We have been talking about hitting up Lincoln about a plasma cutter and a tig welder!
For sure! That would be amazing! I wish that my best friends father still worked as head teacher at Lincoln Electric (their welding school), I could have had him put in a good word for you guys and maybe they could have sent you out some free gear. It would be cheap advertising on their part, I bet they'll send you something at some point, you guys are REALLY good fabricators with what you have on hand. Sadly my buds dad has been retired for over 10 years, so I don't think he would have any pull anymore, but when he was working at Lincoln we would get to play with some amazing stuff and get mage discounts on demo machines. Keep up the good work, keep your channel clean and the sponsors will flow! I would love nothing more to see you guys have a killer shop with your like minded pals cranking out some cool stuff. Living the dream guys, glad to be watching it unfold here on YT!
Its funny i almost dont want you guys to grow because I love that this is a small channel but also im so happy how fast its growing, love the content yewwwww.
I know nothing of rock climbing. I have always wondered how you get your rope back after going down 191'. I the rope looped through a ring wedged in a rock so you can pull it out, ot is there some sort of knot that can hold your weight but yet come loose with a tug. Anywho, awesome video guys. The build, fabrication, and the rock climbing scenery. Just incredible.
Grabber AT2s...the best kept secret in the tire world. Available in sizes to fit almost anything, including their van, and excellent in pretty much every condition. Handles snow, summer heat, mud, and rocks with no hassle, plus they're pretty long-lasting and durable too. Great choice guys!
i really like how you guys start the vid with the money shot instead of teasing and waiting till the end for the people that don't have time for a long vid. which of course, isn't me; i watch every one!!
The best part about this thing is the fact that they make snow tracks for dirt bikes and a ski to replace the front wheel , add that to this and you got a snow scooter !!!!
Oh, I wanted to mention something. You guys building that low-slung scooter attracted me to your channel. I have always wanted to build a similar stretched frame scooter so a person could sit low with feet forward. Eventually it would be totally enclosed with minimal outrigger wheels just big and wide enough spaced to limit the rig from completely falling over when at a stop light or whatever. To get back up on two wheels a person would get up a little speed on the three then weight shift back onto just the main wheels for cruising on down the road. I got the idea while watching 3-wheeler trikes do just the opposite action when going around corners on two wheels then shifting back to three wheels once straightened out.
You've leveled up in Engineering and Jury Rigging. All those hours of working in the shop have paid off, you now have the ability to engine swap snowmobiles 15% faster.
today is the first time I see a snowmobile motor, and I didn't know snowmobiles motor's was big big Moped motors, it's a big Peugeot 103 SPX in fact! Amazing & hallucinating! Thanks for sharing this stuff!
Wow that scooter is the craziest thing ive seen in a long time, the sound of that engine gives me goosebumps. the footage in the end was awesome too. keep it up guys
You guys are bad ass I live in southern idaho and love your guys videos if you guys wore closer to the magic valley area I would totally hang out and learn from you guys keep up the crazy build guys. Love it.
Awesome video. Really nice to find that some of you youngsters have discovered the world outside a 2" screen and a couple of thumbs is a lot more fun. Fifty years ago I was building the same kind of goofy shit out of bicycles, washing machine parts, lawnmowers with the aid of a 110-volt stick-welder. Built a 3-speed mountain bike that could climb trees in '66, pre-dating Gary Fisher by a long shot. The world is your oyster. Me, I have a great future behind me.
curbmassa I’m 16 years old. I know how to change a tire, oil, fix my own body panels, and change a battery. I’m also working on a tiny project to tow a radio flyer wagon behind my bike. Not much, but more than most 16 year olds living in my city (San Diego) are able to do.
Good for you! When I was 13, I got the best advice of my life from the father of an old HS friend of my mom. He was a HS shop teacher. He said "if you can work with your hands, you'll never go hungry". I was fortunate that my dad had automotive and carpentry tools and my friend next door's dad was an aircraft machinist so between the 2 of us we were unstoppable. I never became the doctor or lawyer that was expected of me but I did end up a carpenter with wonderful steady customers. I did everything that could possibly be done to a house- wiring, plumbing, cabinets, framing, foundations, roofing, doors&windows, tile, painting, etc. I picked up a guitar at 17 and got busy with that and did pretty well with that, too, well enough that it paid for 3 years of college and my own apartment playing 3 nights a week. Played everything from a duo act in the coffeehouses to a 65-piece orchestra on TV (PBS) I worked for some extremely successful (rich) people from the corporate world over the years and they all told me "Man, you have it made" because I answered to no one, ever. If I had a bad customer, I fired their ass. Every day I could step back and say "Yep, I did that". It made me and the person paying for it happy. SOOOO many people never find that in their job. That's what two hands can do if you surround yourself with smarter people than you and pay attention every minute. My best advice to you? Show up. If you tell someone "9:00 Monday morning", be there. And be prepared with sharp tools and materials. And sober. Best of luck to you, now get busy...
I love the little oregon riding permit on the Barbie car lol. I didn't even think about you having to get one for something like that when I watched the vid, nor did i pay that much attention
Wow! Your videos get better & better each time, not sure how you guys are able to make so much quality content so quickly! Love all the cinematic slow mo shots! You should do an entire video of just running trails in the van.
You guys do some really good work for not having some insanely nice shop that has every tool known to mankind. Shows that if you know what you are doing you can get away with just the right tools to make some really nice builds.
I have a suggestion: Try bed liner paint or some other spray texture to give the trellis some grip. I can see that being really hard to stand on once you get the slightest bit of mud on the metal bars. either that, or bolt a skateboard deck to it.
Thanks man! I can’t wait to ride it! I have a feeling it will be the quickest thing I’ve ever driven! Glad you enjoy the climbing footage too! You can expect a lot more bonus videos like this!
I don't know why a death machine scooter made me think of this, but I think you guys need to bring the Barbie Mustang over here to Car'd'alane next year
I love that I'm watching this video now, being pretty new to the channel. I've already seen so many of the newer videos and then to hear Ethan say that this is the stupidest thing he's ever built. Turns out, he should have added a "so far" at the end of that statement! Sweet video!
You should use an old skateboard to stand on. Grip tape n all. Also when winter comes you should put a tank track back on and maybe half a snowboard or skis up front? Turn it back into a snow scooter!
God damn you guys are terrifyingly genius! Banger after banger! A couple more videos like this or of similar caliber and your channel is gonna blow up with millions of subscribers.
U guys are the best next u should try to make a go kart that goes in land and water and amphibian that would be Hella cool to watch and instead of a big motor you could just use a drill powered motor for the boat
I want one of those vans so bad! I've always liked them and would always check them out at the VW shows. Girlfriend isn't to fond of the idea though lol
Needs some rear wheel fatboy conversion and take that thing spinning at the dunes then head to the mountains for serious snow action. However, I would recommend against Mt. Hood. You need snowmobile area and there ain't none there, at least not enough to even warrant a trip from the coast, much less Idaho. I hear crazy shit about Mt. Baker tho as well as thousands of acres of fields in Montana where you have feet of powder for miles. :-) Damn we lives in fun places ha ha haaaaaa
Definitely going to put a fat tire on it! Then a paddle for sand, and a track for winter! We have endless acres of snowmobiling right out my back door!
Grind Hard Plumbing Co I was going to ask the same thing. That scooter has soooo much potential. I'm excited to see what you guys do in the coming months with it :D

your bonus videos could literally be there own channel
Haha! Yeah, but sadly no one really cares about videos like that. Edwin tried for years and never got enough subscribers to matter...
I think that this format is actually quite good. Better than oversaturating the channel, I’ve seen a lot of TH-camrs make that mistake.
Sick climbing! I think these bonus videos are such a cool thing, don't stop doing that... The scary scooter is coming along great. @@GrindHardPlumbingCo I'd love to work with/for you guys!
Well I just discovered their channel, going through all the videos and this comment seems to have aged REALLY well lmao
@@thenono1 It's funny you commenting on this... I was like, dang, not too bad, 5 years later and they are making it work out nicely! Happy for them!
I love the scooter, but the footage after was amazing!!!
But also the reason the scooter isn't done. They could have spent those days working on the scooter. :(
GreatNorthernDad I don’t mind waiting. It will be awesome!
That footage was from last February.
Grind Hard Plumbing Co need more footage of this kind of stuff. The camera work is amazing.
We plan on having bonus footage at the end of most of our videos! We are going back to Moab in October, so we will get a ton of new footage then!
Are you guys even plumbers?
Haha! Nope.
Don't have to be a plumber, just plumb crazy!
Neelson Cherichel Well, they grind, and they go hard.
Best Mario Bros I've seen all my life; and I'ma professional marios brothers kinda guy.
Grind Hard Plumbing Co don’t lie to him his mom, sister, aunt, and grandma told me you lay pipe for them all the time

Haha! Thanks man! We are absolutely stoked on the growth! The only thing that will change is bigger and better builds!
Also, the fact that you guys added ads to the videos.
Well, yeah. We have to make money somehow...
MrKEMills Good thing you are paying to watch this... oh wait...
Marc D I’m not against ad revenue at all. This is their first video with ads, and I’m just mentioning that.
I don't really know rock climbing but I think they just loop it through, that's why they have 2 lines in hand because both ends are on the ground
There's also the kamikaze knot. Holds till no more weight then lets go.
Oh hell no lol. Im thinking double granny hang mans noose lasso knots. Im afraid of heights so I wont be doing any of it anytime soon lol.
@@s14duma is that the knot you see them whip the rope sometimes and you wonder how it just falls?
@@wadebrennan-millar3028 yeah. Scary knot really. You tie it then cut a loop. When no more weight is applied it lets go.
You guys gonna put a track on it next for winter?😉
Absolutely!
I love watching shop dog during the timelapse clips

I need to see Moab in person at least once in my life. Looks like a different world. Great video thanks.
Drag race:
Barbie kart
Off-road snowmobile scooter
Drift trike
Like if u agree
I would like but my tablet doesn't allow
Wish my neighbors were like you guys, little things get me stumped sometimes, a glance from a fresh mind can reveal the simplest mistakes/ruff edges.

The bonus video was the best video you guys have ever made
the best builder is not what your build with your idea but the idea come when you start build.. ☺
That bonus content at the end should actually have is own channel!
The best part about this thing is the fact that they make snow tracks for dirt bikes and a ski to replace the front wheel , add that to this and you got a snow scooter !!!!
