That's the marital contract going back to the stone age times.
Women trade their beauty, and womb for a man's resources. When it's a fair trade both parties are happy

After 15 years of marriage( western wife) and a divorce i traveled to south East Asia and i was shocked how the lady's were treating me.
Now i'm 40 years old and having the time of my Life. I've had a couple relationships and they were all 10 times better then my ex wife ever was. But woman always try to make some drama, it's in their blood and i'm allergic to drama. Jalousy is a very huge thing here, it's on a totally different level😅
You said it like it is and still stayed very humble and once you realize that we western men with some money are indeed a walking winning Lottery Ticket over there....
In Thailand and the Phillipines its not difficult to find a partner. The difficult part is to stay single for more then 1 month 😂

This is exactly true. Filipina has a thing, foreign men - especially white men. I thought being half Filipino who grew up in the Philippines and speaks Tagalog fluently would give me an advantage but that's not the case. On top of that, I probably make more than the majority of expats in the Philippines with 7 figures in savings, in shape, and under 40 years old but did not get that "foreigner treatment". Maybe I just don't have that "exotic" factor since I behave like a Filipino when I'm in the PI. Needless to say, I dumped every single one of those Filipinas. I'm not posting this to brag, I'm just reinforcing Calvin's point.

Hell, the village people treat me like im the chief of the village, because i give back and help feed the needy in her village. In the Philippines and other countries popular with passport bros, the women have figured out that you attract more flies with honey as opposed to vinegar. Because of this, a woman with ulterior motives is a lot harder to spot off the bat. An American woman will make it obvious she sees you as an ATM by the way she treats you. Foreign women with ulterior will treat you as good as they need to for you to catch feelings and then when you fall in love is when your wallet gets drained because she starts asking for more out of you. You have to be very careful dating overseas.

Not entirely true. In my experience many men are foolish and flaunt their money but get outplayed in the game because they have never experienced what it is like to be viewed as wealthy back home.
We hear it constantly with men sending money overseas, marrying a foreign woman, and when they take her back to the west she leaves. This is not a difficult game to win.

Calvin, you knocked this one out of the park! In return for how well (some) American men treat their Filipina, she should treat him well. But I noticed a larger message in your talk this morning. The US and the Philippines have been close for a long time now. And our countries are getting closer especially these days with the growing China belligerence in the region. That’s all on a government to government basis. But as American men who choose to live out our lives in the Philippines, by doing what you described, we are helping the country on a person to person basis. Affecting hearts and minds, hopefully for the better. Family is the building block of society. Filipino family values is strong in the culture. By treating these women right, and breaking the cycle of poverty for them and their families,we are helping to build a stronger society in the Philippines. At least I hope this is the case. Keep on truckin’ brother.

As far as her family, they adore me, I want them to live well as well. So long I have the means to help where I can, I will. In the last week her father bought a caribou and two pigs for our palanus. The people up here in the Cordilleras are totally different than the people from the people in the lowlands, consistently astonished.

Because they are poor and desperate for financial support. Not all but some. The competition is high in the Philippines with plenty of other Filipinas. A savior or ATM only last as long as money exists. Not all Filipinas are the same. Some Filipina has known for killing their husband for money. Poverty humbles most people until they strike gold. Be careful, find the one that works for you and live a happy life. Remember nothing is guaranteed in this life. Cheers

I wish women in the states gave the same respect and treatment to their men, these days. When i was a teenager, if you had a car you could find a girl. These days, different story in the states especially after you hit a certain age, unless you got some big cash. I think when it comes down to it with women, it about money with women either up front or over the duration of the relationship, wherever you go in the world now. To get more bang for your bucks, i guess you have to choose whichever woman that will treat you the best and will satisfy you. The meter is running wherever you go with women , and it will either be a short ride or a long ride.....
