Wow! Multi billion dollar corporation donates 5,000$ to an organization and doesn’t reward the employee who’s above and beyond in health and safety. Good job Molson. Never drinking another one of your piss beers again
Yeah, the guy cares more about the gesture than what he's given. They could have given him nothing. This comment and the two following shows me where your priorities are.
@Amarathros What's the gesture here? We won't reward you because that is not tax deductible, but here is a donation in her name to some charity that we can write off.
It never ceases to amaze me. No matter what company we are talking about, none of the higher ups, the ones that more letters AFTER their name than they have IN their name, wouldn’t last A DAY working at ground zero.
And the employees wouldn't last a day as CEO. It's a lot of stress and they are both two different jobs.
Kinda why people shouldn’t have executive jobs for a company if they didn’t start working for the company at ground zero. In other words, ALWAYS promote from within. NEVER hire from the outside.
I lost my wife and daughter to a drunk driver. This episode hit home.
You have my deepest condolences sir. I lost my mother to a drunk driver in 2015 so I completely understand. Everyday is struggle and we learn to tolerate their absence.
@Jessica Bryant very sorry to hear about your mother. My deepest condolences to you and your family.
Sorry to hear this. Very sad indeed. Prayers for you.
That’s really sad. I’m sorry you went through that and still go through the pain of that. 💜
I’ve known people who aren’t millionaires and have donated more money than 5,000 dollars.
I mean a good deed is a good deed. Don’t let anything else take away from that; remove all the bosses, cameras, people, motivations, and all you have left is a $5k donation. It’s still a plus
You miss the point that a good deed is done in secret with good intentions, not for attention. The donation is not a good deed. It’s a small donation not done for the right reason.
@K M ok, but it’s still 5k to a charity. It doesn’t matter if it’s for public brownie points. Hell, if more people donated for attention, that’s a whole lot more money for charities as a whole. Could she have donated more? Yea, and sadly she didn’t. However, there was still money put towards somewhere good
If someone can listen to someone story and say thank you as a giant person to a simple person that should mean a lot more than money in this situation these Are the people that help everyday and make it easier for us all without people that work productively places couldn't run and many can't these days thanks to the new morals of the newer generations that expect everything to be handed down workplaces suck and many arent productive but the world aint handed to anyone
I hate when stupid cheap CEOs donate money (cheap amount too) to organizations in the name of the employee when they should be giving the money to the darn employee. That's an insult...give him at least $15k....he's crying bc he didn't get anything..not bc he's happy. I would throw the chair at her face 🤣 😂
I disagree. Sometimes things happen. Donating to a charity is very kind. Sadly alcohol IS legal. More people are killed by drunk drivers than almost anything else.
They donate to charity so they can write it off on taxes.
They give it to charity to look better in the eyes of the public. I think its a tax write off. So charitable of them.
Donating to charity is nice, but would be nice to give something to a hard working employee.
I feel disappointed when the companies give away only a few thousand dollars. The U.S. episodes give tens of thousands of dollars or way above that.
Seriously, after all of that build up I would be so disappointed. This lady is delusional if she thinks $5k is enough to make a difference.
I know how that gentlemen feels I lost 4 members of my family to a drunk driver on December 29, 1989. I to this day mourn their lose not only for myself, but for my dad he lost his mom, dad, their dog Boots, and his younger brother, and for my children cause they will never get to know them but in stories and pictures
My neighbours lost their son on mother's day, killed by a drunk driver also being a ghost rider and no lights in the middle of the night.
He owned a rifle and everyone had to stop him to prevent him from going to kill him at home since it was his second time.
I would react the same.
Sometimes the only justice is revenge, to avoid that monster would make more victims.
I wish my boss was like this. My boss would be like “when are you coming into work today?”
I had a boss tell me I couldn't take 2 days off when my sons (8 and 6) dad passed away.
I thought it was illegal to do something like that
When I lost my grandma and my dog a month later my store director told me to get over it and get to work. Damn near punched the bastard but just walked out and left work
@Kimberly B I'm so sorry 😔
Wow, Ya'll got there before me! 5k is so little and they could have done a lot, like make it an annual donation, what would it cost them?
exactly 5k per year. =D
I think making donations in peoples name does nothing for the employee. Give it to him and his family.
I think Molson nets over $500 million a year. Her $5,000 donation to a charity was a kind gesture.
Wonderful video. Thank you for showing me this.
Why the F has he not got a mask and breathing equipment on? That's a lawsuit in the making!
5 grand is a piss poor donation, no matter how you look at it.
Still a donation
She sounds like a caring boss.
No money for the guy, could have given a reward of some kind for helping to improve efficiency ($$$ or paid family trip to theme park or weekend break or something). But at the same time I don't these companies should just throw money at a sad story just to create good press for THEMSELVES. I do wonder if sometime these companies give large amounts of money etc - is it foe the person or is it to promote the company in a good light to generate revenue (maybe I'm being cynical, but large corps are only usually interested in one thing - PROFIT!!) - We all have sad stories and not many bosses even know about them - you just get on with life like the billions of others on the planet. But I think the guy deserved something.
Wow you gave him PPE and donated money in his name. How cheap can you get, man’s crying because you screwed him
Are there so many undercover epatriat bosses investigating in every nation while at the very same time many of them are pointing fingers to the other nations they were not born in to say thry are hippocritical when it comes to employee rights? How about if all the undercover bosses instead start getting to clean up in their own nations of birth instead?
She should have gave him twenty thousand dollars for what he has to go through risk in his life😢
You guys can afford to cut this employee a check! I’m starting to feel like these more recent episodes are just to get advertising.
If you have only ONE million dollars, $5000 is .005%. I'm thinking Molson has far more.
If you make $2000 a week, this would be equivalent to a $10 lunch. I'm retired and could easily swing that.
That's it, a $5,000 donation in his aunt's name? What does he get for being a great employee?
As a small business owner, I can tell you 5,000 or 500,000, it's never enough for some people.
It was a positive gesture. The negative comments say a lot about how our society is stuck in a moral rutt right now.
Most of the ceo's are an embarrassment. 5000$ seems to be what they need for a tax write off.
I swear they always have a sad story
I think you could have given more money 😢
Molson will get this amount back on their next 2 pallets of beer
Five thousand dollars? Cheap ass. How much money does this company make annually,? So we will put safety equipment throughout our company and 5k? Wow. Embarrassed for them.
You know what’s worst then a cheap millionaire? A millionaire who got rich destroying other peoples lives.
5k? Really?! While, yes that's thoughtful, it should b done anyway. It's more advertising for the employer!! But, is this loyal, hardworking employee not worth at least 5k??
With my aunt I had my most embarrassing encounter. 🥵🥵 Was that fair, what do you think ??
Im no longer a Molson customer
She looks better with her hair up and glasses on vs the full makeup and hair down. Weird.
Cheap CEO, no respirator. Reward was tools he needs just to do his job? Boycott Molson. My whole family is.... 👎
what a shame this cheap and selfish CEO didn't give nothing for this poor hard working MAN he is her existence!
What about giving something to your employee!!?? Molson??? Huge company. I would think you could have given him a raise at the VERY least....
That guy barely moves his mouth...drives me CRAZY
he's probably self conscious of his bad teeth, cheap ass molson probably doesn't give him dental coverage
Too many UB's play to the camera & hand out big prizes to those few employees, when in reality it's only great PR for the company, nothing more.
Respirator! Why doesn’t he have one?
Exactly what I was yelling. Why no respirator.
That’s nice and all. But dam that’s it?? Shiiiiii
Dabl? Why do all your undercover boss clips entail the workers getting absolutely zero praise...like she just told him were going to use your aunts death for a taxable deduction to our 3Billion+ a year revenue stream....
They let him in a tank ???
That In my opinion is beyond ignorant 😒
I can see BIG FINES!!
Just my opinion...
Just 5 grand? Thats pretty cheap for a multi Billion dollar company. make it at least 20 or 50 grand.
lol $11b company gave away $5k they couldnt do like $5million? lolol 🤣
Nice sharing Vidio.. thanks for sharing.. greeting from Indonesian traditional gold prospecting 🇮🇩⚒️⚒️👍👍👍
What a syrup....
Not generous at all
What a cheap boss
Cheap beer with cheaper awards. I will never buy a molson product.
Monsters. They make their billions off irresponsible drinking.
And yanks like to say the English have bad teeth...
