  • I've been doing okay! This is me staying accountable, and I did in fact go for that walk around the block after I finished filming. 💖 (Okay, so it was only a half block walk, but like I said, it was in the spirit of keeping up with the homework, and it counted.)

    One thing that helps me with my exercise is saying "never miss a Monday" then if you don't do anything the rest of the week, at least you worked out once lol.
    Also you can say "I'll just walk for 7 minutes.... at then end of 7 minutes turn around and walk home. That's 14 minutes more than none.
    Great job on the water intake! 🥳 My win this week is not missing a day of vitamins 🎉

    I have found that having the least barrier to taking the walk the better you’ll do. Just go walk in whatever you’re wearing. Or, put on the tennis shoes to take your kids to school and then just go. Steps is steps. I also take walk breaks at work. Every couple of hours i just go outside and make a lap around the parking lot. 5 min here and there through the day adds up!

      Great suggestions! I need to make sure there's an appropriate pair of socks always in my shoes so wearing the walking shoes is at least as easy as sliding on my flip-flops. I used to take walks around work - I need to get back to that! Thank you for stopping by and sharing!! 💖✨

    I agree with the other comments even 5 minutes of exercise is good! JashiiCorrin on her video called my new approach to habits in 2024 mentioned for the four habit to have a high-bar or low-bar tasks. So high-bar could be 30 minutes of exercise and low-bar could be 5 minutes of exercise.

    Just walking for 5 minutes is still a walk! I do this with exercise, the way I see it is it’s important to establish the habit more than doing 30 minutes each time (and my average workout is just 15 mins long cause that’s what consistently fits in my day)
