    Uggghhh!! So sorry about the stomach issues, I hope you're able to figure out what's causing them and start feeling better! Lol, "My default mode is chaos" I literally lol'd 😂😂

      Thank you! After the issues on Wednesday, I sailed through Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with absolutely no issues at all. I'm glad I could make you laugh, though!! 💖✨

    Kashi cereal could definitely be it!!! I had terrible trouble with Kashi causing gas and bloating!

    Have you tried an elimination diet? Whole 30? Keto? Something where you eliminate most items that "could" cause gut issues for typically 30 days and then reintroduce items back into your diet one at a time to see if it affects you negatively. Worth a try and even though it is difficult, you can do anything for just 30 days.
