I was having a hard time putting it back on the part with the two screws, I came back to watch this video again ... I was trying to fit the two rubber parts inside and in the video they are outside 😅 videos and pictures are much better than written instructions.
@@TariqTheTutor Lol! Yeah, everything isn't always the same. I've found that pics and vids are WAY more helpful. Thanks for watching and the comment! 🤘🏻
I am about to start this endeavor tomorrow with my 2003 . Thank you for showing me many things I would have overlooked . This video is a life saver for a guy who is not very handy when it comes to electrical work . Just one question . Is the wire colors the same for all TJs?
@@John-eh6jg Good question. My best answer would be MAYBE. I just really don't know. I would THINK so, but nothing is guaranteed. Hope all goes well!🤘🏻
so lucky you don't have an EVAP Canister to deal with. but, +1 and good advice to use twist connectors to test. lots of good advice all around, really.
I can't remember right off the top of my head. But, I (think) I still have the old relay. I'll try to find it and let you know. Thanks for watching and the question! 🤘
A few of the LEDs inside aren't working when I have my lights on. I think only 3 out of the 12 work. Can I replace them individually like halogen lights or do I need to replace the whole thing?
@@TariqTheTutor If you've recently purchased from Amazon, I'd contact the seller and see if they'll send you a whole new light. Personally, I wouldn't mess with changing individual lights, and not even sure if you can do that on these.
@@ShockWaveOffroad thank you for your quick reply! Nope, I recently bought the Jeep and it came with those LEDs, and I was bothered by the hyper flashing and that's how I found your video. I bought the relay and installed it recently but not the LEDs themselves.
I know this video was made a few years ago, but I have a question, I tried to do the same, but with a different relay. Did you have issues with the hazard lights? Also, did the radio and all the other equipment turn off when the jeep was completely off?
No, we've not had any issues with the hazard lights. As far as the radio and "other equipment", if your radio stays on with the key off, someone wired it incorrectly. The lights have nothing to do with the radio. Thanks for watching and the question! 🤘🏻
I’m trying to install this same set of lights onto my 2006 TJ Jeep, all of my connections are good but when I turn on the left turn signal, both flash like hazards, would replacing the flasher relay also fix this?
worked just fine....thx
@@barrysmith7258 Glad the vid helped!🤘🏻

Is the relay a two pin, yours doesn't show how many pins, I have a 2000 TJ, just like to know before I order, thanks ahead.

If it were (ME) I'd just replace the whole assembly. These lights are inexpensive enough for that to make sense.
@@ShockWaveOffroad that makes sense. Thanks again for the replies, I appreciate it.
Thank you for the great video
