Yay! Loved the energy with this one and adding dumbbells made it fire! The only complaint I have is that I wish it was a bit longer! I ended up rewinding by 5-minutes bc I felt so energized and wanted more:-) Would love if the warm up time was not included in the 30-minute workout time...
Thanks for your feedback. I totally agree with you. I had so many complaints about my workouts being closer to 40 minutes when advertised as 30 min I had to change it. It’s hard to please everyone 😅

I totally agree with you I used one pound wrist weights and it seemed to burn more calories but needed five more minutes
