Welcome to my London Diaries. I get super emotional watching this footage. You will soon find out why in the next coming weeks. London is definitely one of my favorite cities in the world. My favorite city in the US is New York City. London to me is the perfect equivalent, except in my personal opinion I enjoy London more. This upload is mostly me traveling to England from Scotland. Getting Situated in my Airbnb. Taking the train, Exploring West Kensington, and just relaxing. This day was a much needed recovery day. I was a tad bit jet lagged and had just started my period so I was very happy to be resting. I hope you guys enjoy this series as much as I do! Harry Potter shout outs would be Oxford and Alnwick. Full disclosure: I was brought up in Oxfordshire and my paternal line comes from the Northeast/Scottish borders.
Thank you for commenting this! Especially the bloomsbury shout out. I have only been to London two times and the footage from this trip was my second trip. I have visited Camden both times and I just searched Bloomsbury and found that it is super close to Camden. I am totally going to visit this area the next time I am in town. I might possibly be there this October for a work conference if not then. I will be coming next spring/summer.
Oxford is the next city on my list for England. My favorite novel, Babel is based in Oxford, so the next time I am in England, I have made Oxford my priority. Do you have any places you feel are essential to see? I want to get as much of an authentic experience as possible so anything you can provide to make my experience more rich I will totally do. Things I like, are gardens, books, food, matcha lattes, and art. 💕
Odd, I put up a bit of a list for Oxford and a couple of Bloomsbury extras and now see there is no comment. Will repeat it, hopefully tomorrow.
I am not sure why TH-cam does that. I have had the experience sometimes if I change the device I am commenting on, My comment either wont post because I lost signal and I think it posted and the whole comment was wiped.
