Hey chandler so happy to see ur active again. When I was 12 I watched ur videos (my favorite being the Halloween nail tutorial). I'm 18 now and randomly decided to look u up. And now that I think about it you've shaped a lot of who I am, thank you for sharing ur journey. I'm not transitioning although uve taught me to be open minded.

I hope you had a sweet birthday!! I definitely relate on what you said about opening up into your fullest self and basically feeling more at peace with yourself past and present. I wasn’t expecting that tbh, but so incredibly grateful I’ve gotten to this point. 😌
I know opening up and feeling like ourselves is universal, but I was just so surprised to figure out what kind of person I really am! Like my voice was also what really pushed me to start T, and now I found out I’m such a talker??? Tiny me was nearly silent. This is honestly revolutionary 😂

congrats & happy birthday! Just wanted to ask if you tried any type of mindfulness or hypnosis techniques to help with your needle phobia? It might help give you some tools like breathing exercises or positive visualizations to overcome your anxiety.
Usually what I try to do is practice consciously relaxing my body and then smiling, texting friends, and listening to TH-cam videos to keep my mood up and my anxiety low!

I know there are often insurance and financial barriers to other methods of testosterone but as someone who did patches for about a year and then switched to gel for over a year I’d highly recommend both as an alternative to injections for people if needles are a major problem.
Both are actually a more stable form of hormones since they are a daily thing rather than a full weeks worth of hormones at once which can give more stable moods. The only issues I had with patches was some skin irritation that I got tired of and I cannot recommend gel enough I think it’s a great option for people who can access it.
This video was so nice to watch! I really like your videos and hearing about your experiences with the hormones. I was wondering, did you ever consider to get gel instead of injections? I don't know, if that's accessible to you, but it's been great for me and I don't have to worry about doing injections.
Would love to hear some of your stories about working in retail. If you ever feel like sharing? 🙂

I've had the same problems with my injections as well and my doctor suggested I do the gel instead. Would you ever consider doing gel? I know with injections you get more results faster but I felt safer doing gel
Over my 5 years I've tried lots of alternatives that for one reason or another didn't work. My insurance didn't cover gel, so it would have been $500 per MONTH D;

Did you ever also felt some kind of gender dysphoria from your transitioning?
Hmmm yes! There was a moment where I felt dysphoric about all my new leg hair, but it didn't last long thankfully. I also still get dysphoric about some of the same things (ex: voice not as deep as I'd prefer, body not as muscular, etc.) Truthfully though my dysphoria is generally so low now that I forget I even have it most of the time lmao.
