Great video! I'd love to have you dyno my truck to compare. I have a 2018 Colorado with the Edelbrock kit on it. I see you installed the GM Performance cold air intake. You should note that its not part of the Edelbrock kit. It's a $600 upgrade. I know because I added the cold air intake as well as the $1200 GM performance exhaust on my truck, to keep it 50 state legal. But that still wasn't quite enough so I ordered swapped the stock 3.75" pully for the Lingenfelter 3.5" pulley. Lingenfelter helped Edelbrock design the kit and tune the 'stock' tune included with the kit will take these modes without issues. I took my truck to a dyno in Denver Colorado. On a hot day where it barely would break 15's in the quarter mile at track night it made 377 HP at 390 ft lbs of torque. My truck has ran a 14.275 @96.8 mph at Las Vegas motor speedway in 103 degree heat and a 13.8 at 101mph at Houston motor speedway. Still need to dyno it in better air at a lower altitude to get real hp numbers but Lingenfelter calls their kit with the GM intake, performance exhaust and 3.5" pulley their stage 2 500HP kit and is supposed to make 500hp @440 ft lbs of torque.. With the launches I am getting in the cooler weather right now I believe those numbers and suspect its making even more. The acceleration is straight up scary now. Enough that I run my pedal commander in ECO mode most of the time to tame the beast. Since everything was installed I've put 20000 miles on my truck mostly towing a 6500 LBS toy hauler with my truck and daily it with no issues at all. I can strait up embarrass/gap (stock) v4 ecotech twin turbo & v6 Mustangs, v6 Camaros, v6 3.5L twin turbo Fords Raptors and many many others on stock tires in 4x4 Auto... IE I've hurt at lot of feelings... At the track of course.. ;)
That’s awesome! Since the initial install, we’ve made some changes to it. We’ve added an Alky Control Methanol Kit and we just swapped pulleys out with our JDP Series 3.30” Griptech Pulley! It’ll be going back on our dyno to see what gains we get with using the smaller pulley. Our goal is to try and maximize the amount of power we can get out of the engine and supercharger kit. Eventually, we’d like to put together our own JDP performance packages for these trucks. We are still deep in the R&D process to figure out the best combination.
as far as boost goes look at the gains for the 3.0L twin turbo variant they put in the Cadillac's I believe.. should scale about the same I would imagine.
@@JDPMotorsports also I haven't done it but you might want to do the math with the smaller pulley in the crank pulley size make sure you're not over rpming the tvs1740. I know they say the snout can handle down to about a 3" but there was concerns about the RPM the supercharger was turning at that size.
That's at the crank. Not at actual rear wheel. This is also why this product advertises over 400hp. That's at the crank, when rear wheel hp and torque is closer to low to mid 300's. That said, that's still a significant jump. I love it when car guys think they know shit.
Dude! could you please tell me how you unlocked the ECU for the tune?? i installed mine but i cant figure out how to unlock the ECU for tuening.. needless to say my truck is deadlined until done. any info would help!
The factory pcv system is adequate for a naturally aspirated vehicle, but will still benefit from a catch can. With the supercharger, it is more important to run a catch can to help keep oil out of the intake manifold/supercharger.
@@JDPMotorsports I've noticed after a hard drive towing 2500-3000 miles it's down a half court or so. While yea there is some blow by but but not much.
55 rwhp 75 ft ls $8000? If it was $5500 installed with tune it would be well worth the price. This is a little into no compliant anal sand work😂😂. Sounds about 35% overpriced

I have a 2020 Acadia AT4. Would this setup work on it as well?
Are there any upgrades for the Acadia that you're aware of? It's a 3.6L V6 I think.
How well does it work with 4x4/awd turned on?
The stock horsepower is 308 from the factory.
at the crank
@@richvaughn2622 so whats the hp from the crank after this mod?
True
308

The 3.6L canyons are 308hp stock, not 218
How’s the gas mileage
I see a catch can is installed. Is the factory oil separator not useful with a super charger?
Stock kit does not include a catch can mine does not need one and I am making much more HP than that.

@@JDPMotorsports so you’re saying the internal catch can isn’t enough. Have you seen the internal system?

How much is it?
If I didn’t know better I would think Jeremy had way too much coffee before he started this project.😇
I want this for my 2019
What's the cost on this all in?
About $8k minimum installed
What cold air intake was used?
cold air inductions
What psi was the boost at when the after dyno was done?
About 8lbs
Does this need higher octane fuel? If so how much?
308 hp to 330hp sounds like a waste of cash
These trucks don't make 308hp to the wheels. They did a dyno pull stock and it made 218whp. So it gained 100+ Wheel hp with the kit dingus
Not helpful at all. What's the point of a time lapse, to show you can?
55 rwhp
75 ft ls

Why do they have to put this stupid music to all the videos ?
