What a wonderful and worthwhile presentation and of massive importance. I can't pretend to understand Ella's specific experiences but have had struggles of my own and it doesn't help to hear platitudes of you're strong. You'll get through it. I've had meltdowns where people have said exactly that and I've wanted to strangle them or scream that this is not helping. We need to be more reflective and bring awareness to these issues. An awe-inspiring talk that spoke directly to my heart. Love it!!
