I would like a Revisit of Pokemon Black & White (Not Black 2 and White 2) but the First One Sense that's the game that you had to only use the new Pokemon in the Unova Region Until Post game
I think people were just mad that it didn’t put anything from platinum in the game and the art style. I think they thought since people liked the Zelda game at the time they’d like it here
Honestly it’s not as bad or as life ruining as people exaggerated it to be. What the main issue was that frlg, hgss, amd oras set such a high standard on what a remake could be for Pokémon. As a gen 4 lover I really hoped for the remakes to get as much love as Oras or possibly more since it’s on the switch. They couldn’t even be bothered to at least copy Platinum since it fixed a few issues d/p had as well as more story. But they didn’t, and honestly having the platinum outfit as a bonus kinda felt like a slap to the face. It was buggy at launch cause they expected our systems to cover the storage required for a huge patch they released shortly after 😭 I do appreciate the new things added like I get to walk with my Lucario finally. But as a “remake” it didn’t make the cute and a lot of criticisms were valid.
Yeah I think it's just not as good as we all hoped it would be, still makes for a fun little remake but I would have loved for it to have gotten the ORAS treatment!
@@ZennyHunter I don't remember exactly but it felt like such a long hunt, i'd guess around anywhere from 800 - 1000 resets which is good but you had to sit through the cutscene everytime which was a nightmare
It’s not a terrible game and I had fun playing it but the wall collision is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. It’s the main reason I won’t I have a second play through
Been thinking about playing them finally.... but the physical version i ended up with doesnt have the full game on it and i absolutely refuse to play games where you have to download half or more of the content to even play the game even though its a "physical" copy... i mean come on... i just used a game voucher to get Pokemon Scarlet though, the first mainline pokemon game ill have played in 10 years, since ORAS lol. Wish me luck!
It’s not that terrible it’s just that we expected much more and they could deliver much more but decided to make Arceus instead. Plus, platinum is better.
They're not bad games, they're like DP 3d with some stuff missing and other stuff added. ...but they are absolutely AWFULL remakes. Like, actual TRASH remakes. I feel bad for gen 4 fans, glad they got PLA.
You know what would be cool? If someone did a no commentary longplay of Pokemon Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl (post game included) with the Pokemon Paul uses. Torterra, Ursaring, Electivire, Weavile, Honchkrow, Ninjask, Gliscor, Magmortar, Hariyama, Nidoking, Aggron, Gastrodon (East Sea), Drapion, Froslass, Gyarados, Garchomp and Metagross. You can even name the player Paul too.
This game is a win because Steelix. Iron Island is the best location in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl (any location that has Steelix in is the best location) Snowpoint Temple's Regigigas can fuck off so a true pokémon can be there instead the Crystal Onix
I think it's more so the lack of any new content, it's just a straight one-to-one remake of the originals with very little new features added in. The art direction is the least of most peoples concerns I feel? (of course there's always going to be a group of people complaining in any case haha)

I turned autosave off soon after starting the hunt. I was closing the game to save resources (pokeballs and repels), pretty certain you can't save cheese pokeradar even without autosave on? Hope that makes sense!
Infernape is best choice because he is the best viable fire type and empoleon is replaceable with gyarados/vaporeon. Beside, garchomp is strong against Empoleon unless you overleveld Empoleon.
The people saying it’s not that bad don’t understand they could literally just play diamond, pearl, or platinum if they wanted to just play those games… BD/SP are boring, with the only addition being a really disappointing art style change.
It does have the advantage of being more accessible with it being on a modern console, old ds copies are pricy these days especially for the new generation of kids getting into pokemon who didn't play the original games

It was bad, then Scarlet and Violet was released. Now it’s not so bad 😂😂
