BMW R1100R Gearbox Oil Change

Now my bike is running its time to do the maintenance as I don’t have a record of when it was all last done. Today as I only have a little time I continue and complete the gearbox oil change.
Tools and parts:
13mm socket
Hex drive size 8
Castrol Transmax Axle EPX 80W-90 gear oil amzn.to/3DHMbPS
2 x crush washers
23nm torque setting for both
