I actually loved the absence of music in this one! So many TH-cam Trainers use the exact same royalty-free music and it gets really grinding after a while, but I like to have the sound on so I can hear the instructions. And I can always turn on my music of preference. Thanks for this one Sydney! I really enjoyed it!

Great workout!! I really enjoyed not having the music (other than your sweet Ari) in the background. I felt more focused and could listen to you better. My quads are crying but I'm feeling stronger everyday!!
I find crazy to have exactly the same thoughts of everybody in the comments lmao. I noticed on the first minute the music was off, it was weird to not hear the music haha, but it allowed me somehow to concentrate better since we were on silence while working out. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE SYDNEY’S 30 MIN VIDEOS, literally I wanted to workout 40-45 mins today but it was a pretty good workout. I’m still gaining strength on my core and I pause several times since my neck starts to hurt and I don’t wanna loose form. Also, baby Ari! The cutest thing to hear his noises

My goals for the next coming weeks and moving forward is to be more intentional with eating well and consistently working out. I want to get to the point where I still keep my momentum even when my workout environment shifts i.e. vacation, travel, etc.
It took me half the workout to get warm as it’s currently -10 where I live 😂 also loved hearing little Ari in the background! Everyone stay warm who is being affected by this cold!!

I am 63 years old and have been fairly active most of my life but have been working out steadily six days a week for over two years now to different videos on TH-cam. The ones I’ve been doing talk about the core but they never really seem to focus on it so I don’t really get much out of them. I just recently discovered your videos and enjoy doing the core work because I am happy to feel the burn in my lower abs, but the problem is I also feel a burn in my lower back, which is not good, so I just do reverse curls and planks. I also enjoy your motivation; it really helps.
This workout was a challenge to stay motivated through without the music. I really enjoy, and appreciate, the music. I helps me pace myself and get PUMPED.

Glad to know I'm not the only one that thought that workout was really hard! I had no motivation at the end with the burpees to go any harder. I really need to work on my core it is so weak. I heard if your back hurts with ab workouts its because your core is weak. I really need to work on that!
I think I really wanted to quit with about 10 minutes left ...but DID NOT! I really appreciated the "Im proud of you" at the end. She probably always says that but it hit today. Thank you Sydney!!!
