I've left the faith, not because I do not believe but because I became tired of being told how I should believe, how I should behave, and what I am allowed to do and what I am not allowed to do. I walked away because I haven't found a church that doesn't practice some form of power and control. My God(s), for I believe that as there is man and woman, there too must be a male and female aspect of divinity that doesn't judge me for drinking alcohol, for listening to music that swears every other word, for participating in unmarried relations. they accompany me through life and are there at my lowest and at my triumps. I cannot say the same for anyone in the church. I rather walk through the darkness with my mother and father blessing those lost and forgotten than to be lead blindly in the light to a place of judgment and hypocrisy where we preach to love thy neighbor but condem them for their choices.

Whenever we enter his presence. He always speaks to us. One thing that I’ve been struggling with is judgement. Since I was young, I felt like I was giving people grace to make mistakes around me. I would willingly allow people to hurt, or hurt me, sometimes without erecting healthy boundaries. But even Jesus made people accountable for their actions. Additionally, I felt like people would’ve afford me the same grace, even though this might have been factual. This created a level of underlying unjust feeling within me. I became extremely judgemental of peoples actions and tried to register when anyone would make a mistake and the grace that I would give them. After a while, this attitude started to affect me subconsciously, and I made light when people failed around me, when people were human. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but sometimes making light meant celebrating someone making a mistake. This attitude can be helpful in taking away some of the shame and guilt of making a mistake for the individual, but because I had unresolved energy towards feeling slighted and under appreciated, I projected this feeling on unjustness at the same time. By listening to this song and being in his presence, I’m reminded that the only judge is God, and that I’m simply his vessel. As hard as it sounds, I should extend grace to the judges and not judge those that judge me. We are all sinners, all imperfect under Gods eyes, but only God knows our heart. Just as I don’t know other peoples hearts and shouldn’t hold onto their very action, I should also not hold onto them not appreciating my actions. I’m not perfect and will continue judging in the future, it’s part of my psyche, but I can start by identifying when I do and taking steps to rectify this. I pray that anyone else struggling with this is able to continue to give others grace, and extend that to themselves too.
Sometimes we try to hold onto loved ones, but we all have to learn to let go eventually, even if it hurts, even if you wanna scream out to the world cursing it, you need to move past your pain and suffering it helps ease you of the depression.🙏🏻😞
I also just realized I was an atheist for a long time because I kept loosing people I loved and I thought it was because god hated me and wanted me to suffer. Then he gave me my little sister and I’ve never believed in him more and I would go to hell and back for her. Loosing her would absolutely break me. She is my soulmate. And everyone thinks that soulmates have to be romantic, but no. My soulmate is my sister. I would never be able to recover if I lost her. May god love whoever reads this🖤🤍

I am so sorry. I pray that they are okay. I went through a similar situation. My father and grandfather died about 5 years ago about a month apart, and my grandmothers died about 6 months apart, one in June 2023 and the other in January of this year. I fell great sadness for most of the people of earth. Most souls just do not care about the word of God the father. Jesus Christ is just a joke to them or doesn't matter to them. The fact that most of my friends and almost every single student I know at my school doesn't believe in the Lord truly saddens me because of what awaits for them. I pled and pray they change to the lord while they have breath in there lungs. May the Lord God reign holy for eternity and except the son Jesus Christ into your life. Whenever we enter his presence. He always speaks to us.
One thing that I’ve been struggling with is judgement. Since I was young, I felt like I was giving people grace to make mistakes around me. I would willingly allow people to hurt, or hurt me, sometimes without erecting healthy boundaries. But even Jesus made people accountable for their actions. Additionally, I felt like people would’ve afford me the same grace, even though this might have been factual. This created a level of underlying unjust feeling within me. I became extremely judgemental of peoples actions and tried to register when anyone would make a mistake and the grace that I would give them. After a while, this attitude started to affect me subconsciously, and I made light when people failed around me, when people were human. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but sometimes making light meant celebrating someone making a mistake. This attitude can be helpful in taking away some of the shame and guilt of making a mistake for the individual, but because I had unresolved energy towards feeling slighted and under appreciated, I projected this feeling on unjustness at the same time. By listening to this song and being in his presence, I’m reminded that the only judge is God, and that I’m simply his vessel. As hard as it sounds, I should extend grace to the judges and not judge those that judge me. We are all sinners, all imperfect under Gods eyes, but only God knows our heart. Just as I don’t know other peoples hearts and shouldn’t hold onto their very action, I should also not hold onto them not appreciating my actions. I’m not perfect and will continue judging in the future, it’s part of my psyche, but I can start by identifying when I do and taking steps to rectify this.
I pray that anyone else struggling with this is able to continue to give others grace, and extend that to themselves too.

I also just realized I was an atheist for a long time because I kept loosing people I loved and I thought it was because god hated me and wanted me to suffer. Then he gave me my little sister and I’ve never believed in him more and I would go to hell and back for her. Loosing her would absolutely break me. She is my soulmate. And everyone thinks that soulmates have to be romantic, but no. My soulmate is my sister. I would never be able to recover if I lost her. May god love whoever reads this🖤🤍

I am so sorry. I pray that they are okay. I went through a similar situation. My father and grandfather died about 5 years ago about a month apart, and my grandmothers died about 6 months apart, one in June 2023 and the other in January of this year. It's been hard but I've been trying to stay strong. I pray that you have the strength to keep going ❤
