Beautiful song. It rly describes the feeling I had when I meaningfully prayed for the first time. You see I was dealing with a lot at the time with school, and I started having panic attacks, and a LOT of other stuff. One night I started balling on my knees, and started to pray. I kept telling him that idk what to do anymore, and that I wanted him to help me if he were out there, bc i felt as if i couldn't keep going. After 5 minutes of praying and talking to him abt how I felt, along with crying.... I felt a bit better. I went to sleep, and woke up the next morning not feeling depressed, not having anxiety. And I knew that there was a reason for that. That reason was God. Alot of people think of god as this stubborn and pressuring force, who expects nothing but good from us. But that's way far from the truth. Although God is merciful, and may put us through tough times, it's all bc he loves us, and knows way more than we do. God is beautiful. Worship him! Yoj wont regret it.

I was the last person he told me about how he cannot take anymore, the world, the pandemic, the expections, the academics--- everything, before running a knife through his neck. I heard him, he was my father figure compared to my dad, he was my hero, the one who strengthened me, then he does this. GOD I ASK YOU?! A girl I watched grow up died and this was her favorite song. Her family played it at her funeral. To have someone so young and sweet be taken strains my my faith time and time again. I move forward like I have with every person that i've lost. Moving forward but carrying them in my heart bring me nothing but sadness cause I know that that I can hug, hold, or hear from them again but, this song helps me keep on touch with the feelings of love I have for them regardless of if they walk this earth or have moved on everlasting life. Life to is not quantified in the years you live but, by the memories you make and people that you have in it. Remember to show the the ones you hold dear in life know you always love and care for them. The day may come sooner than you think to where you can no longer tell them face to face. Though I hope it never comes and you all have nothing but love and happiness for a long time. Just make sure they know even if you think they do. This reminds me of my childhood when I was still a Christian. Now that I no longer believe in God I feel like a huge part of me is missing, and this helps me remember what it was like to believe in a God and feel safe.
But that’s because you still believe but you just been through too much sadness and hurt. Jesus will never leave you nor forsake you. The Bible tells us this, and God I’d love. Psalm 56:8 says, “You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book” Trust that Jesus died and rose again for the sins of his people and that is enough.

I like this song. I listen to it to remember my friend. We used to hang out everyday. She told us she was raped and we called the police. We texted her and texted her and called her because after the night the police were called, we went to sleep not knowing she would never talk to us again. We called , we told the school and they said she is fine and they couldn’t give out information. Months passed to give her space and we go to her house and it’s empty. Shes gone, she left. Never came to school, her number doesn’t work anymore but she is alive. She’s just gone. “My soul will rest in your embrace” it’s been a year. She’s become a ghost. I’ll always remember her and I’m sorry that none of us stayed friends after her. Sad how easy it is for people to disappear. She didn’t want us to follow her.

Hey everyone, I have a favour to ask. I recently broke my knee and have not been able to sleep because of the constant pain, and I was hoping you guys can pray for me. I'm 13 and it's one of the worst pains I've ever felt on my entire life. The orthopedic surgeons are going to check to see if I need surgery tomorrow and I just need someone to help me pray to Jesus for patience and rest.

I like this song. I listen to it to remember my friend. We used to hang out everyday. She told us she was raped and we called the police. We texted her and texted her and called her because after the night the police were called, we went to sleep not knowing she would never talk to us again. We called , we told the school and they said she is fine and they couldn’t give out information. Months passed to give her space and we go to her house and it’s empty. Shes gone, she left. Never came to school, her number doesn’t work anymore but she is alive. She’s just gone. “My soul will rest in your embrace” it’s been a year. She’s become a ghost. I’ll always remember her and I’m sorry that none of us stayed friends after her. Sad how easy it is for people to disappear. She didn’t want us to follow her.
Hold tight, you still have long to go, you can still meet her in after-life, heaven or whatever you thinks you’d go after your death (which I hope it won’t happens).
