After everything I went through, I gave my life to Christ. Now it's time for me to read his word and to accept him into my life when some people are out of my life. My main goal is start loving myself and build a great relationship with God.

I read a Psalm scripture yesterday (The Psalms is a great starting point to read from the Bible) , "As a deer pants for flowing streams, so pants my soul for you, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God?
My tears have been my food day and night,
While they say to me all the day long where is your God?
These things I remember,
as I pour out my soul:
how I would go with the throng and bleed them in procession to the house of God.

I say to God, my rock:
"Why have you forgotten me? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?"
As with a deadly wound in my bones as my adversaries taunt me, while they say to me all the day long,
"Where is your God?"
Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil with me?
Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God (Psalm 42: 1-11).
"I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5).
"Peace I leave unto you" (John 14:27).
Peace during the storm (Mark 4: 35-41).
I urge you to read the Bible everyday and get your daily bread (the word). Spread the gospel and love. Finding a good local church to join the body of Christ can be very supportive too. Remember Jesus Christ loves everyone and he is closer than you think. God bless!

Oq eu mais peço nesse momento é que o senhor acalme o coração das pessoas que sofrem por ansiedade. Eu tenho um pouco e isso é horrível, então peço pra que Deus possa nos ajudar nisso.

God will never put us in a situation that we can't overcome. Let's trust the Lord's plan. Surrender everything to God and He will always be there for you. God is Good all the time! last year august 2022 I suffered from anxiety and my father had a pneumonia, I fell on my knees cause I don't know what to do, my anxiety was starting to attack again that day then I say '' God I'll let you take care of everything, I trust you '' and I heard a deep voice in my head saying '' your dad will be fine '' 3x and guess what, few weeks later my dad felt so much better without drinking medicine and going to hospital, no words can explain how much I am thankful to God everyday
