I purchased this same model on clearance. I’ve had it for a year and a half now and I’ve used this thing on everything. My house, shed, driveway, cars, decks, lawn mowers, grill, vinyl fence. used it to prep my house for a coat of paint…. I’ve put this thing through it’s paces and I’ve ran this thing for hours at a time and have yet to have a single issue. It always starts on the first pull every time. Such an asset for a homeowner. Super versatile

another tip, don't pull to start but pull to start while pressing on the nozzle
One suggestion Use ear plugs or some kind of hearing protection.

What type of oil did you use ?
a lot of people have no business buying these things,when they dont know how to even start them
I just purchased a new one today , I can’t get it to start . Everything is correct the thing just won’t start up
The choke is backwards from the directions. To apply choke it slides to the left. In normal run mode it slides to the right. I couldn't get mine to start at first because of that.
Omg i literlaly just returned the unit a couple of days ago and got a new one in exchange. LOL going to try the home trick this time around we'll see what happens

ok. i just bought mine an hour or so ago. cant start. same issues as all you. got choke switched and it still cant start. any help is appreciated
What gas do it use
I was told to use non-ethanol

Hey so does anyone have problems with it shutting off randomly? Like the automatic throttle will start stroking then it dies
