Yikes. Atty Grant needs to be an investigator herself. She combed through those docs, researched online, called employer and questioned every single weakness. It's too easy nowadays for the average Joe to put together official-looking documentation, so this is an important reminder to workers and courts to authenticate any paperwork that is being offered.

I've seen her in a few court videos and I completely agree. She is extremely detailed and takes her job seriously. I watched a video earlier with bsomeone that had the same job as tasia and it was an embarrassment. She gave all the wrong details and it took a lawyer being very confused and questioning her before she looked at her notes and finally gave the right details. If that lawyer wasn't paying attention the case could've gone a very different way. Essentially she was saying this mother did everything she was expected to do but once the lawyer questioned her and she referenced her notes it came out the mother actually did everything wrong and was putting her child at risk.

Around the one hour and 27 minute mark, you seem to imply that the RBET certificate should be accepted to fulfill the requirement of RBT. The bottom line here is that Ms Smith would have been given a family plan directing her to take a specific class with a specific provider. She failed to do that and did not speak to her caseworker. She just went her own way.
