- After some home work out, this smoothie is definitely a good drink.
4 senyorita banana (other banana variety would do)
20 pcs almonds
3 tablespoon of oats (better if not instant oats and if soaked overnight)
4 pcs strawberries
1 greek style yoghurt
8 cubed ice
Just mix them and blend
