    You can put the Klim transition visor on the Nishua, could be a replacement for the internal sunvisor, probably even better...

    All those adv- modular helmets are pretty heavy even those with higher price. Im personally using MX helmet 85% of time even its pretty loud :D and fullface from HJC when its cold outside. But im looking after a Airoh Commander mby later on :D..

      Yes, you are right. There is no wonder, if something is as complex and complicated like a modular adventure helmet, there must be a lot of small parts, and lot of small parts result a serious weight.
      But... still I want it! :D (I bet all we want all in lightweight)
      Maybe one day.
      Until then we must play with different helmets for different purpose. =)
      About the Airoh Commander... I tried it, read a lot of review about it, unfortunately it doesn't fit my head shape. I also find it's inner airflow pretty low. (also I don't like it's huge peak, just like at Shoei.)
      It is not bad at all, in full carbon it's weight is super as well, but unfortunately there is no place in it for my huge forehead. :D

    I had the adx-2 for one week on my tuareg 660. had exactly the same problems wirh vibrations. Fortunatly i was able to bring it back to the shop. now i ordered the Nishua. I will order the transition visor from klim too.

      Nishua is superlight compared to the ADX Scorpion for sure.
      Maybe not as sophisticated, but when I go to ride and I need to grab a helmet, the Chinese carbon is my first choice even if it's inferior in accessories ( I really miss the sun visor in sunny days. )

      @@braapt7have you tried using goggles with the Acerbis quick strap?

    • @braapt7
      @braapt7  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, and no.
      I made my own quickstrap version, printed out in 3D printer, and used on the Scorpion helmet. (If you check closer the Scorpion helmet in the video, you can see the velcro on the left side and a strange round thing on the right side of the helmet, they are the attach points)
      It worked fine, and I loved it!
      Probably I should have made it for the Nishua too, but there was always something else to tinker around. =)

    Maybe the Schuberth E2 is something for you. No double D, but confortable and very expensive

      Schubert is too fancy for my head. 😁 I wouldn't dare to scratch and ruin such a masterpiece in the dirt and forest where I usually ride.
