    Great video, I have a 2.5 tdi be crafter with blocked dpf. On live data it’s showing 0.99 I assume mbar as it doesn’t says what it is but this value stays the same on idle or higher rpm. I checked the sensor and wiring with a manometer and multimeter. On the manometer the dpf pressure is 27 mbar at idle and over 200 mbar at 2500 rpm. Sensor signal wire showing 0.5 v with the sensor connected and 5 v with it disconnected. If I manually put pressure in the sensor the voltage increases but on live data with the pipe connected and engine running is still 0.99. What could be the problem? Thank you! Maybe you have some ideas.

      Thank you this is agreat question. The issue here is we do not know what 0.99 actually is representing. That is 🔑 in this question. Also what is your multimeter reading when the engine is idling. i know its .5v connected and 5v disconnected. what is it connected engine running. it sounds to me like the sensor is and wiring are good. Let me about idling voltage then i can try and join the pieces. i love this question

    Thanks for the great video but i have a question for u the sensor + signal &ground reading ok but on the scan tool showing that sensor signal is missing dpf is clogged although im getting 1.0 v also pressure on idle showing 7hpa on idle i checked the signal wire from sensor to ecu 0 resistance good continuity
    Regards

      I think your signal wire is open test on the ECU side and compare with the reading on the sensor side. I am assuming you tested on the sensor side. Hope I got your question right

    Just looking at your video and my son in-law has a renault scenic 1.5 dci with a dpf fault it has been too 5 different people and it's still the same problem he has sent me a video of the voltage at idle and it is 0.49 volts going to 0.59 volts at 2500 rpm as he lives away from me it is difficult for me to help but I think the voltage readings seem very low any advise would be appreciated..

    Hi, I replaced the faulty DPF sensor but the diagnosis continues to show P2456 error. The stranger thing is that with the engine off the input sensor shows pressure -202 Hpa. What do you recommend me to do?
    Thanks for your help.

      Did you adapt the new sensor. if you dont have a machine to adapt the sensor clear faults and take the vehicle for a good drive

    Where does the service message Diesel particle filter soon clogged come from on a 1.6 HDI engine code 9HZ with a mileage of approx. 200,000 km. The differential pressure sensor reports a difference of 4 mbar. I think it's an electronic error that turned on the service lamp and not the DPF is defective. How can I reset the service light? or is this service message automatically produced at around 200,000 km? Thanks

      Thank you for this question. if you have access to a diagnostic piece of equipment, plug it and erase the code if it comes back you know that you have a problem. is your dpf pressure sensor working fine?

    SO if the signal not good. how to fix the signal no correct??? dont understand

    • @jamrozelectronicssolutions7232
      @jamrozelectronicssolutions7232  ปีที่แล้ว

      There're many things that can cause the signal to be wrong. The sensor, high resistance, ECU or wires. What you do will depend on the causes of the fault. i hope this will help you

    Great information😊 I guess you put your black lead on ur multimeter on the battery or anywhere on chassis ? It shouldn’t matter should it ?

    • @jamrozelectronicssolutions7232

      The negative post on the battery is the best but if not accessible the chassis is the way to go. Thank you

    My signal wire voltage increases when plugged into the sensor. Does this indicate a faulty sensor or a faulty signal wire?
