Not for me. It’s very uncomfortable. The area it supports is NOT the wrist but rather the meaty parts of the palm, so your wrist still remains unsupported. It does make gliding the mouse on the mouse pad easier in some cases but when I only pivot my wrist, it’s restricting. If I have to move my entire forearm to move the mouse over a wider screen area then there’s some benefits. It’s a good concept with a poor design. Instead of supporting the bottom of the palm it should support lower where the wrist pivots by the wrist joint.

hey Gavan, aside from different rehab/exercises you can find on youtube I recommend ice-water therapy. Take something that's deep enough to hold ice and both of your hands without a problem (I use a cheap plastic footbath thingy). I have two half-liter factory sealed bags with water in my fridge at all times for convenience that I just dry off with a towel afterwards and put them back in the fridge. I put them in the thing with cold water and let it cool the water further for a good 30 minutes, then with the ice still in there I submerge my hands for 1 minute (start with 30 seconds if that's too much) and take them out and rest my hands on a towel a minute, put them back in for a minute, then repeat a couple times. This helped me after just a couple times and might help you, I still do it maybe once a week. A mind-control trick to handle this is to imagine the freezing sensation is actually heat, or that you're monitoring somebody else's pain through virtual reality or something, either way you should focus on the sensations and not try to distract yourself because it doesn't work, it's nice to have some entertainment in the background though.

Saw an ad on Facebook for this. Read some reviews there and other websites and pulled the trigger. I work 12 hour days in IT and my wrist definitely feels that lol. I use a Logitech MX Master 3 for work and Steel Series Aerox 9 for gaming. I use hard mouse mats and use a palm type grip on mice. My hands just barely fit in size Large work gloves to give a comparison for size and comfort. This thing is actually quite comfy to use. I've only worn it for work for one day and so far I notice a difference. I've caught myself forgetting it was on and that surprised me. Definitely gonna try this out for gaming as I mainly play BF2042, Counterstrike, and WoW so I gotta see if this affects my aim or not. But so far, so good. Oh, the wrist strap connects to the base via a magnet and it's pretty strong. I flung my hand around trying to get it to fling off and it never did. Good stuff.

Ordered mine and it comes in today actually, I suffer from carpel tunnel and have nerve damage in my right hand from the service. Update: I will never game or do productivity without it ever again lol, I can't speak for everyone but omg my wrist pain is so minimal now. But where I didn't see it helping me was my tracking and with my flicks in game, since there is no more friction from my wrist making contact with the mousepad it's almost effortless now. If you are on the fence about getting this... DON'T BE, get it and I promise you just give it time to get used to it and you'll never wanna use a mouse again without it lol.

Thanks for the review! Now that you have had more time to use it, would you say the Carpio 2.0 or G2.0 is comfier for a working with moderate to little gaming environment? I tend to value comfort over aesthetics, and if for some reason the giveaway still hasn't happened I would be interested in the white G2.0 wrist rest!
SO! Interesting question. I think the 2.0 and the G2.0 are very similar as far as comfort is concerned. The strap really is the main difference. I have gotten used to light gaming on the original 2.0, but that really takes some doing. The strap does work wonders. In fairness, I'd probably go G2.0, and remove the strap for the majority of time. That way, you've got it if you need it! And nope, comp not drawn yet :D

They're extra great for me because my wrist rests are slightly above table height because of my Dygma Raise keyboard, so this will come in handy. As far as their ads go, look on the bright side. Most ads are shit we don't need, so why not replace some of them with what we have already, because we WILL get ads.
