@@DeliciousHomeCooking xD i finally made mine yesterday using your method. I waited 8hr then check.. Its still runny but have the white patches of yogurt.. I thought it was a fail, it saddens me so i took a glass of it and just drink it (gave my cat and dog some too) and i leave the remaining in the jar.. After 2hr or so i was going to remade them i look at the jar and they alivee or the bacteria just it become jelly creamy like. It seem it just needed a little bit more time.. And today 1/5 left of it in the jar i keep eating them and i ran out milk. But i read diluted condense milk also can be made into one. I will try it using the leftover yogurt as starter. All u want to say is thank you for your video. It inspires me to build my kingdom of yogurt. 🥺👍👍

Can I add more yogurt to the recipe?
I ask because I made a recipe using 400g of natural yogurt to 1 litre of fresh whole milk and it turned out very solid.
Can I keep it resting for more than 10 hours?
I ask because I kept mine for 16 hours 😬.
How long can it be kept in the fridge after it’s done please?

Hi dear.. thanks for your love ❤️
No need to keep it for more than 10 hours, maximum 8-10 hours are enough.
If it turns really solid then you should try it with partly-skimmed milk and you can store this in refrigerator for 7-10 days.

If you don't have yogurt, you can very well make yogurt. There are many ways to start off.
For instance, you can take 1/3 cup of warm milk and add thai green chili to that. After about 10 hours you will have something similar to yogurt (but not exactly the same). Just remove the chili and discard it.
Now you could use that thing to start making yogurt by just following the recipe in the video (instead of yogurt you will need to add the chilli thing you made)
Finally, when you make it, it won't be the same as yogurt, you would need to repeat this process 3-5 times to get the yogurt

Mine didn't become thick after 9 hours. It's still like milk. I followed every step and the ingredients. What am I to do to repair it?

    • @DeliciousHomeCooking
      @DeliciousHomeCooking  2 ปีที่แล้ว

May be milk in not at right temperature.
Make sure the milk temperature is 110°F to 115°F
When it’s ready, wrap the milk with warm clothes and put it ar warm place

@@DeliciousHomeCooking i fixed it by placing the container on a bowl that has hot water. Then i can see after a few ours that it is thickening up. Maybe it has to be really warm. Thank you for answering!

Did you get the yogurt and the milk from a market? If you do this, you should try again with natural products

@@senkyo855 Yes, because there are no natural products available in my city. Everything has to be bought in the market and processed already so I have no choice. I've heard that it's better to use fresh ones than processed

Yoghurt and curd are not the same.. they are similar. But not same. Yoghurt have an extra live Bacteria in it which improves digestion.
