@@alankruthachandraI was amazed by the transformation myself - really didn’t expect that :) As part of sadhana, I listen to knowledge sessions by Gurudev Sri Sri ravi Shankar, I do some yoga, pranayama, Padma sadhana yoga, Sudarshan kriya, sahaj samadhi meditation, sanyam. Then I do my workouts :) this is the most exhilarating start to a day in my experience ❤
Thats truly inspirational.. I am a Yoga practitioner i have good flexibility but still need to work a lot on my strength.. I will take up this challenge. To do this push ups.. however 108 seems tough.. I shall start working on it. Thanks again for this video. 🙂🙏
After watching your 108 Surya namaskar video I started doing 6 sets (12) Surya namaskar in morning and 6 sets in evening Gradually i want to increase it to 20 sets at a time Consistency is the key 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I started doing exercise when I was in class 9 (2018) so as to increase my height, and I was underconfidect, my height ncreased to 3cm, now I am in college and I am still doing 51 surya namaskar, 51 hindu pushups, 51 normal pushups and 6km fast walking a day and now I am fit as well as I feel very much confident in myself thank you very much my body.

Thanks for your honesty and realism. I incorporate a lot of "small yoga steps" throughout my day. I practice balance while brushing teeth, shoulder flexibility while shampooing, core isometric at my desk. It helps improve my practice subtly and also keeps me present.

This was exactly the content I was looking for.I workout out atleast 4 days a week and I can do plank for more than 2 mins with little ease, however I am no where near doing a proper Hindu push up which in a way made me upset. But this is motivating, will again include Hindu push up as part of my regular workout. Thank you for making this video. 🙂👍

Just started doing suryanamaskar after watching your videos can manage only 45 to 50 in one session and today I tried these push ups as well. OMG it’s so so hard I had to put my knees done to do it couldn’t do more then 10 well done to you for keep motivating us house wives who can’t go to the gym ❤

Try doing these pushups with perfect form . Muscle grow when stretched , so try to go more deep while doing hindu pushups and return with the same way you came in . Dont skip the returning step as it builds shoulders and upper chest . The transformation was awesome and keep inspiring people with such videos. Love from Mumbai !

I did 108 suraya namaskars for a month and could feel all the blissful changes. A day before an important exam of my life, I just layed down on my yoga mat so as to feel all the energy. This was my first yoga exercise. I'm not very flexible but I can do knuckle and standard pushup. This Hindu Yoga pushup, helps exercise my spine, and if I go slower on the 2nd movement, down and forward, holding the movement, breath, breathe breathe, it hits them pecs big time. My left pec was red afterwards. Who needs big boring weights?
Love the focus on refining form and that you showed the push up version with knees down. I noticed when vinyasa classes became popular in the west in the 90s that was rarely spoken of as a way of moving from downward dog to the floor but it was how I first learned. I did eventually get the strength to push up into up dog without the knee support while moving to the floor but I have hyper mobility and always want to be mindful of form.

One little thing...I think it is Urdhvamukha swanasana, and not Bhujangasana. In Bhujangasana, knees and thighs touch the ground unlike Urdhvamukha swanasana. My yoga guru who specialises in Ashtanga yoga explained the difference between the two. Please, correct me if I am wrong. Looking forward to pull-ups video next...
Hi Coach Anita ma'am! Greetings from Denmark! Is this also for men? I am a man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was soo brutal!! She is Indian lady and told me to try this! She called it as dand! I could not do even one, but she kept going powerfully! Her arm muscles are very powerful like yours and she have massive strength! I feel really low and defeated.

I have started doing suryanamaskar for 30days but with lesser sets to higher sets...this is day 04 😚 and I've crossed the body pain period three days successfully🤣😩 but I'm being consistent not to stop doing for even a day!!! 🙃 will share my experience after a month !
