I meditate regularly since from 1 year and i cannot explain everything in just one comment. I follow anapanasati method of meditation. It helped me to come out of depression,accept myself and everything else with ease. Peace and harmony is seen everywhere in my life. Why i m replying to everyone is bcoz i went through severe depression, where i lost all the hopes to live my life. Meditation helped me to overcome everything. Now people take counselling from me. One thing i want to say is "life is beautifull" in its own to every individual but we all become blind to see that beauty , its only our thoughts which attack us and nothing else .
@@shachitiwary its very simple form of meditation. One should interlock their hands and should sit with crossed legs and need to focus only on natural breathing process. There are so many videos on youtube, watch them. Its mainly about focusing on breath.
I have started dng this 30 mins meditation from last nt I have done just 30 mins but I have observed a lot of change in me in just that one session i will definitely continue this 30 days twice a day💯 Im very excited

It was tough and impossible but i did it and felt more in shape because of the commitment and giving myself one hour everyday for just one thing. I will try this now that you done it. Thank you SO much for all your videos and sharing your practices and experiences with us!! I first found your videos when you did the 30-day challenge with surya namasakar. I ended up doing the 108 surya namaskar for 27 days, then 54 for the next 2 months and finally 36 every day, for 100 days in total. But I actually never stopped. I still do 36 every morning no matter what. I have never missed a day! I have been doing Yoga asana for several years and teaching, but I had never developed a permanent daily practice until I did this challenge. I also had decent core strength, but now I can move my body with such strength and ease and easily get from the floor to standing without using hands!:) Most Americans find that very difficult. But only because we don't practice it every day. I was kind of clunky at first doing the surya namaskar. It was interesting and delightful to feel and see them change over the months into graceful and fluid movements. I really appreciate that you encourage us to take a practice and just be consistent with it for a while. This is so powerful I do meditate every day, but I hadn't commited to 30 minutes 2x a day. Here goes!!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!! Oh, also, years ago when I was taking a month-long training and doing asana and meditation every day (about 2 hours of meditation every day!) When I got home I realized that I could find my way more easily on the rural roads in the town I live in. My sense of direction had definitely improved. My Daily Routine 1.im wake up early morning 2.20mint meditation 3.40mint deep breathing 4.15mint bindu taratak meditation 5.I do all these exercises three times a day 6.Every five days I extend the time of all the exercises 7.I suffer from depression and overthinking
I've been meditating for last 11months Not regularly but yeah I pull off 54days straight and currently I'm on 14th day In beginning I thought it will help me in being more successful just like Beerbicep Yes his videos inspired me to began. You may find the reason stupid But I thank my self of being stupid because thats what helped me to start my journey. After 11months I'm not successful , still doing stupid things, still making mistakes but it's okayyyy I'm more aware of life now and happy for having one.
Soham, I would suggest trying EFT Tapping. That will help you from making poor choices or decisions. In your words, it’ll stop you from doing stupid things. I like Brad Yates but you can look for others you may like. I hope you try it.

Thanks for sharing this video. Meditation has always been a "To Do" item for me but never satisfied with what I do and so have not really sustained it. I have tried several "Guided Meditation" on YT but never felt convinced it really helps me to meditate. Often my mind is busy anticipating and predicting what is the next sentence that is going to come and how much more time do I think the session is going to last !!! Meditation appears to be THE most beneficial thing that I can do to myself and yet feels like the MOST toughest thing that I have ever attempted so far. I sincerely hope with this video will be able to practice and get better at it.
I started meditation 2 years ago, before I wasn't belive in the power of Meditation, I was a very skeptic and judgmental person toward everything, meditation make me able to see things clearly and it cleans my judgmental mind. As someone say, true meditation dissolve duality and it make everything look the same, cause this is the real nature of Yoga. 🙏🕉 OM

Meditation = staying calm doing whatever you do with complete focus .....u can meditate while reading, jogging, eating, working.....just keeping thinking only of what you are doing....no other thoughts will come....keep yourself completly engaged in what u are doing....we are just doing multitasking..that the big mistake we are doing.

I have noticed of my awareness in my way of thinking and the way I see life, so now that I watched your video, I can imagine how good it can be if we meditate every single day!!!
I remember the days when I used to meditate regularly... Persistence in right way in right things is everything in life... Without it we can never achieve anything we want... Even I felt it I was meditating regularly that time I was simply so much aware of present moment and less mingled or tangled in my own thoughts... Right constructive positive thoughts used to strike at present moment which i used to choose to act accordingly and i was little more fearless and more positive and everything appeared so transient and hence new and worth living especially things I like... Agree be it exercise diet study meditation without persistence we can never achieve and gain it's beautiful results...
Love this, this is exactly what I needed to give me that extra push to commit to not missing any days.. I meditate regularly but I rarely get long streaks without a day or two missed.. I’ve been super committed to consistency this year and also adjusting my mindset to small changes adding up as opposed to loading myself with huge unrealistic goals (for example I used to try to start workout programs and jump right into a 6 day/week routine when I had only been doing maybe 2x a week light workouts before… this year I started out doing daily yoga, with Pilates and other calisthenics thrown in here and there, and I got to the point where I felt ready to step it up, and I have incorporated HIIT 2x a week (sprint intervals, true HIIT not just circuit training lol altho I love that too), and I do abs and lower body workouts 3x a week each, as well as yoga nearly every day and the Tibetan rites every morning… and I was able to do that because I lowered my expectations at the start of the year and allowed myself to build up… I still am not at my ideal schedule, BUT, I have never given 100% to each workout before- I’ve exercised for years, and I’ve had years where I do 6 days a week, but I used to let myself take breaks during videos or pause them when I didn’t really need to, or finish a circuit 5 seconds early, etc, and now I push myself to what I can actually do and beyond, and it’s made me realize how much I was not realizing my full capabilities- videos I used to “have to” pause multiple times I now do all the way through without stopping, even tho it burns and I sometimes shake, I feel the difference…) Anyway, lol, my point is I’ve incorporated this steady progress mindset to physical fitness as well as skincare, but for some reason, despite meditation always being #1 on every list I’ve made for self improvement, and I realize how much it benefits me, I have not shown up with the same consistency for it!! I think maybe subconsciously I have fears of positive changes, etc… my goal is daily meditation but I honestly do every other day, mostly… I do have trouble falling asleep during meditation, and also of course running away with my thoughts and then getting frustrated when I pull myself back into the seat of the witness… but that is an issue that resolves with DAILY practice… Sorry that this is so long… but I feel like i was meant to click on this video as a sign to commit to daily practice… I’ve always lauded meditation as the most important habit one can have, hands down, but my actions haven’t reflected that view of its priority… and I’m going to change that! I want to check back in on this video in 1 month, so on 6/1, and note the differences in my being, awareness, how I spend my time (I want to spend less time scrolling TH-cam// I don’t use social anymore, I go on IG maybe 4 times a year, so YT is my addiction, lol; and I want to be less reactive to content I watch that triggers anger in me, to people on the street, people in general, and people in my life… I want to feel more in control of my responses because of my level of presence… Thank u for this!! Also, your skin looks AMAZING! It doesn’t look like you’re wearing makeup in most of these shots, so I was wondering if you have any products on your skin?? And maybe brows too? But I would love to see a skincare video and if you do wear skin makeup, I’d love to know which products! Or if you have a filter you used? Although there was such variation in lighting and setting in this video, lol… the shot of you in the car, your skin looks FLAWLESS!! I don’t understand how it looks like you don’t have pores, lmao! Gonna check out more of your channel now, maybe I will manifest a skin video from you

Sitting, regaining still, close your eyes and focus on your breathing. When the mind wonders put your focus back on your breathing. The goal is to have no thought. Complete inner stillness.
Meditation is like looking your self in the mirror 🪞 In reality you look your physical appearance in the mirror During meditation you observe your mind and thoughts Taken to extreme this will result in self realisation you see what is the real core of you It is called super conscious ness or Athman Rather than our body mind thoughts etc

Soham, I would suggest trying EFT Tapping. That will help you from making poor choices or decisions. In your words, it’ll stop you from doing stupid things. I like Brad Yates but you can look for others you may like. I hope you try it.

Thanks for sharing this video. Meditation has always been a "To Do" item for me but never satisfied with what I do and so have not really sustained it. I have tried several "Guided Meditation" on YT but never felt convinced it really helps me to meditate. Often my mind is busy anticipating and predicting what is the next sentence that is going to come and how much more time do I think the session is going to last !!! Meditation appears to be THE most beneficial thing that I can do to myself and yet feels like the MOST toughest thing that I have ever attempted so far. I sincerely hope with this video will be able to practice and get better at it.

I started meditation 2 years ago, before I wasn't belive in the power of Meditation, I was a very skeptic and judgmental person toward everything, meditation make me able to see things clearly and it cleans my judgmental mind.

Meditation = staying calm doing whatever you do with complete focus .....u can meditate while reading, jogging, eating, working.....just keeping thinking only of what you are doing....no other thoughts will come....keep yourself completly engaged in what u are doing....we are just doing multitasking..that the big mistake we are doing.

I remember the days when I used to meditate regularly... Persistence in right way in right things is everything in life... Without it we can never achieve anything we want... Even I felt it I was meditating regularly that time I was simply so much aware of present moment and less mingled or tangled in my own thoughts... Right constructive positive thoughts used to strike at present moment which i used to choose to act accordingly and i was little more fearless and more positive and everything appeared so transient and hence new and worth living especially things I like... Agree be it exercise diet study meditation without persistence we can never achieve and gain it's beautiful results...

Love this, this is exactly what I needed to give me that extra push to commit to not missing any days.. I meditate regularly but I rarely get long streaks without a day or two missed.. I’ve been super committed to consistency this year and also adjusting my mindset to small changes adding up as opposed to loading myself with huge unrealistic goals (for example I used to try to start workout programs and jump right into a 6 day/week routine when I had only been doing maybe 2x a week light workouts before… this year I started out doing daily yoga, with Pilates and other calisthenics thrown in here and there, and I got to the point where I felt ready to step it up, and I have incorporated HIIT 2x a week (sprint intervals, true HIIT not just circuit training lol altho I love that too), and I do abs and lower body workouts 3x a week each, as well as yoga nearly every day and the Tibetan rites every morning… and I was able to do that because I lowered my expectations at the start of the year and allowed myself to build up… I still am not at my ideal schedule, BUT, I have never given 100% to each workout before- I’ve exercised for years, and I’ve had years where I do 6 days a week, but I used to let myself take breaks during videos or pause them when I didn’t really need to, or finish a circuit 5 seconds early, etc, and now I push myself to what I can actually do and beyond, and it’s made me realize how much I was not realizing my full capabilities- videos I used to “have to” pause multiple times I now do all the way through without stopping, even tho it burns and I sometimes shake, I feel the difference…)
Anyway, lol, my point is I’ve incorporated this steady progress mindset to physical fitness as well as skincare, but for some reason, despite meditation always being #1 on every list I’ve made for self improvement, and I realize how much it benefits me, I have not shown up with the same consistency for it!! I think maybe subconsciously I have fears of positive changes, etc… my goal is daily meditation but I honestly do every other day, mostly… I do have trouble falling asleep during meditation, and also of course running away with my thoughts and then getting frustrated when I pull myself back into the seat of the witness… but that is an issue that resolves with DAILY practice…
Sorry that this is so long… but I feel like i was meant to click on this video as a sign to commit to daily practice… I’ve always lauded meditation as the most important habit one can have, hands down, but my actions haven’t reflected that view of its priority… and I’m going to change that!
I want to check back in on this video in 1 month, so on 6/1, and note the differences in my being, awareness, how I spend my time (I want to spend less time scrolling TH-cam// I don’t use social anymore, I go on IG maybe 4 times a year, so YT is my addiction, lol; and I want to be less reactive to content I watch that triggers anger in me, to people on the street, people in general, and people in my life… I want to feel more in control of my responses because of my level of presence…
