I am willing to trade comfort for excitement , excitement to see what lies beyond the horizons I see in my day to day life. These all sound so poetic but in the words of a certain author, this allows me to express the inexpressible.
I've been waking up at 4am for the past year, since I've started my sadhana. I must say, my mood overall has been amazing! Can't really point out what it is, but I just feel good. Recently I've bumped it to 3.30 and it was really taking a toll on my work in the afternoon (It is hard to go to bed really early). But, I am trying to get there. Sweet video!
Yeah, you're absolutely right.. the same thing happens with me... I can get up at 4am easily but for that I've to sleep early which is quite difficult for me..
To wake up early as shown in this video, plan your bedtime by calculating 7 to 8 hours before 5 AM, which means aiming to go to sleep between 9 PM and 10 PM. By 8 PM, I start my nighttime routine: dimming the lights, turning off my phone, and charging it. Before bed, I take time to shower, journal, meditate, and pray. I also prepare my clothes for the next day. Just before lying down, I remove my phone from the charger, set my alarm, and place the phone out of reach, like on a desk or counter. When I wake up at 5 AM, I get up to turn off the alarm but avoid going back to bed. Avoid hitting the snooze button-it can undermine your goals and ability to follow through your promises that feeds your self esteem. Consistently following this routine will help you feel refreshed and have a productive day by aligning with these Brahma Muhurta techniques.
idk y....i feel like doing all the crazy things you do . u r ssoooooo inspiring and relatable. ive seen many videos on youtube but never found them this real . i always get a feeling of a girl next door when i see your videos. May be i relate to you so much coz i feel like i see myself in you. and one more important thing i wanna share with you .....actually its a wonderful coincidence or rather a miracle i can say. all your recent challenges videos came to my notice when i was actually in some sort of relevent problems and situations. Eg: i had my periods problem and then i was so worried about my health....my youtube feed showed me your yoga video (surya namaskara). and then i was looking out for cleansing my body off the toxins and i saw many videos on YT....then u came up with wat u eat in a day video (home cooked food). Now i was worried about how to study for my upcoming exams+help my M-I-L in food prep daily+work from home....u came up with Brahma muhurat solution. Jus so happy to have you . thanks a lot Anita
This is absolutely true, I am a graduation student and i follow this practice for years. All my friends are always in awe of this system. But trust me this is the best habit that you can build for a healthier and good lifestyle. For people of my age, please please try this, I know it seems impossible but you will see all the good results of getting up early in the morning!!!!
This was a beautiful video Anita! For me, the best part was how the results started showing gradually for you. Looking forward to more inspirational videos from you. And definitely taking up this challenge for myself 🤍❤️
The first and only video on entire TH-cam to which I can connect. I checked out for the solutions of same problems that are mentioned in it bt got no solution. Finally, found a truely relatable video. Thank you ma'am ❤❤
Hi Anita! I have come here having just watched your video, 'I lost 6 kgs in 30 days with THIS DIET + Yoga. Here’s what I ate.' I really resonated with your choice of food for all 4 meals. I just have one plea - could you mention the sabzi recipes you have for brunch and the portion sizes. Those portion sizes in that little plate of yours looks exactly like what would be enough for me! So I would be really grateful if you could throw some light on these things.
@@AnitaBokepalli Thank you so nuch for taking the time out to reply! It was the first time I saw sabzi using pumpkin..i guess we learn something new everyday!!
Really it is good to wake up around 3.00 am and 3.30 am by the way if you do any spiritual meditation you can easily grasp the power of that meditation or if make any prayers during the Brahma muhurat time definitely it will be get solved . If it becomes an habit it would bring a wonderful changes in your life
Mene ek baat notice kari hai brahm muhurth me uthana sirf unhi logo ke liye asaan hai jinka koi bada maqsad hai sarvopari.......chahe healthy disease free rahne ka reason aim target, chahe spiritual practices karke us divine hour ko experience karne ka reason..books rrading pranayam, morning walk, kuch esa achieve karna jisko achieve karwane me divine power help kare....Something mysterious thing happens during this divine hour from my personal exeperience which cant be said we can just feel it...What I used to do or still do..I do deep breathing exercise nadhi shodhan pranyam that helps me to do meditation and vo brahm muhurth ki apaar shanti me kuch alag sa hi vibrations, cosmic energy feel hoti hai....then I come outside from the room either on terrace or in the park I start mediation again under the sky....Then I feel after 15 to 20 mins of deep meditation that I am like flying...esa lagta hai jese me sharir se bahar aa gaya hu aur upar asmaan se apne body ko dekh rah hu joki ek asan me bathi hai..sidhhasan or padmasan.....then what I see after that in the sky...so many stars are moving towards north direction.....something mysterious thing happens in the sky....it is said that from north direction our brahm rishis they spread or radiate cosmic positive energy vibration in subtle form which can only be experienced or realized after meditation...jabtak koi ultimate aim ni brahm muhurth me regular uth oana asaan nahi
Seriously brahma muhurat is very very powerful i have seen. This habit i was doing before 2020 then now I wake up 6 which and get sleep 12 which is not good
Have been waiting for this! It has some answers to the problems I've been facing when I wake up during the early hours. Thank you Anita! ❤️ Love you for your content.. Also, excited for the new challenge!! (Moving your body for 20 mins everyday for 30 days)
From tomorrow onwards I will wake upon 4am ... And I will complete my chellang, and I will back to you after 41 day.... This is strong verry very strong...
It was really inspiring, though I didn’t do this challenge but seeing you at least I am able to complete my yoga and sadhana practice early in mrng from 6 to 8 am.
You are very motivational here. I also know that getting up so early is what I need and to do and I know this would only eventuate if I did it as a gift to myself and my fancies. There's no chance I would get up early continuously for anybody else, sorry, that's really is selfish as that sounds. Thanks for explaining a bit about brama mahurat. It sounds fascinating. It is also when the birds start their dawn chorus too I think.
Thank you Anita! You are always so inspiring to me! I love your challenges. I did the 108 Sun Salutations challenge and I have never missed a day of this practice in almost 3 years!! I(I started with 108 and now I do 36 every morning). Thank you!!!❤

It doesnt make sense to wake up at 4.00 if you cant sleep atleast at 8.00 in the night. For most people it is unrealistic. The more practical approach is waking up at 5.30 or 6.00.
Once u wake up early in the morning...apko raat me automatically jaldi nind aa jaegi ... Pehle me 8 bje uthti thi ...now I wake up at 5:30 in the morning and slept in between 9:30-10 pm..now I m watching this video and definitely going to try to wake up at bramha muhurat 😊😊
