These look like Bartlett pears to me. Bosc are more brown with a narrower top. Lovely tutorial. I plan to make with mini Seneca pears! Will be too cute! Thank you for such a great tutorial! 🩷🧡💛
Your cakes and tutorials are amazing. I have found them so relaxing during this stressful time (talking about a world gone crazy with Covid). Instead of obsessing over the news, I am obsessing over your videos, much, much healthier! 😀 Thank you 🙏
Stunningly beautiful❣️ Loved the video! Thanks very much. Are the pears supposed to be crisp when done? How do I figure out that they are done? Lots of love and hugs from Canada 🇨🇦
Yeah I have a lot to say in a short time:) Ok I do talk fast anyways:) I would just do it on the lowest setting your oven has. Really there is not set time as it depends on how thick you slice them and outside elements like humidity, I would start with 15-20 minutes and go from there. Just maybe do them the day before you need them to make sure you are not trying to rush it. And leaving them out over night can only help really.

Hi! They are soft when they are done but they firm up as they dry.

Can I stack these on ganache and gel frosted cakes ???
That should work just fine. Maybe even better!
Can I air dry instead of baking ??
I don't see why not!:)
Mary , at what temperature is it put in the oven and for how long? Sorry I don't understand why you speak too fast
