      I use resistance bands when doing shadow boxing, I heard it improves your power and speed... Could you ever do a video on this, or a video about how to work on speed and power.

    Boxed a little years ago. Need to get in shape. Looked for a boxing workout.
    I got through the first boxing round day 1. Day 2, I added a round. Day 3, you get it. Tomorrow (day 4), I'll add abs.
    I hate exercising, but I like how I feel when it's done. This workout just requires a little space and the will to go.
    Thanks for helping me get in shape.

    Great video. My granddaughter just started boxing as a career and she loves this video. She gets me to do it with her (I’m 64) hardest part was the “prayer twists” In the cool down. Burn… thanks heaps. With all the spontaneous COVID lockdowns we experience here in Australia we don’t get to go to our regularly. Keep up the great work. Boxing is a great sport.

    This is a phenomenal workout!! Loved every minute of it. More like these please. Makes me realise how much I miss training at my amateur boxing club. Only thing missing is the constant swearing from my former head coach 😂😂

    thanks for this video. i used to box when i was younger (i'm in my 60's) and have recently started hitting the bag with my partner (she'd never put on a pair of gloves) as a fitness routine. this is a great workout, and with minor modification, suitable for us old farts as well. thanks for making your videos clear, concise and full of knowledge.

    So so good! Thank you for taking the time to share. I’ve managed it, struggled towards the end with plank arm raises. Definitely burning calories now! As someone with Cerebral palsy, I struggle at the best of times with balance and coordination. Was great to be able to keep up. Will certainly keep practicing footwork and learning combos. 🙏🏼👍

    Happy new year! Thank you very much for this excellent workout! What I really love about this is that everybody can do it at his own pace. Personally, I accelerated at times to get the impression of my normal training and eventually prolonged it with pushups at the end. Besides I really liked your instructions: varying speed and combinations and constantly watching the footwork and head movement, circling around. It's a fantastic workout. I'd appreciate if you could do a video on a longer workout like 60 minutes for example. I'd be ready to pay for it since verything you do here on youtube is awesome.

    Well since I've been doing and completed your Boxer Fit program, this workout here was a breeze! But I still loved it. Good for my "rest" days 😆.
    It did get a little hard I guess toward the end of the shadow boxing because I went almost 100% during all the rounds. Thanks Tony!

    Nice video Tony! really enjoy boxing as a way to exercise instead of lifting weights/running on a treadmill. Been a casual boxing fan for years, but just started trying it last week after finding your channel!

      Good luck! make sure do this lightly and slowly. You do not have to finish it the first time you do it and make sure to take extra breaks if needed

    Love this at home workout.
    I use this as my warmup prior going to my Boxing based Cardo / Strength workout so you have added an extra nice start before I go do my 9 Rounds which is right across the street from me and that is perfect as I am already warmed up and my heart pumping thanks to my TJ Warmup. As well liked the wrap video.
    I am looking forward to watching and learning more to upgrade my form to maximize my workouts as well throw in a more coordinated and powerful way.

    Great video thank you man all your videos have helped so much. I think the hardest part is keeping proper form through the entire workout. Really enjoyed the warmup, so important to get loose, great stretches.

      While doing this workout mate - make sure to always keep the proper form and technique. As you do this more often you will improve for sure
