Tony, I have a bit of a unique situation. I have mild cerebral palsy, meaning my balance is problematic and my ability to perform reasonable footwork is very limited to non-existant. I'm mostly concerned with self-defense, but do you have any suggestions for how to make up for that significant disadvantage, or how I might go about compensating and building the best footwork I possibly can?

Man i have been slacking on watching some Tony Jeffries videos. Going through a rough time in life but then again who isnt these days. Boxing is my only Therapy. Its my only escape from the world. Where i can just focus on me, myself and i. No responsibilities other than improving my body. To me, boxing is my Paradise. The only thing i regret in life is not starting when i was younger. Its still hard to watch boxing without my Father. If i had one more day with him id take him to a boxing match. Something we always wanted to do but never got the chance. I love Boxing. Now to become a Tony Jeffries 2.0.

    3 minutes head combos
    3 minutes head body combos

I would love to see a video on choosing boxing gloves. I'm new to the sport myself, but I'm sure others would benefit from your insights too. Thanks and love your videos!

So much good information here I have to practice these one at a time before I put them all together but these details help. A lot of time in gyms there are a lot of people so it’s not easy for the instructor to get to everyone. This is a huge help Tony!

    Hi Tony,
I'm looking forward to utilising this guide to improve my cardio, and train myself with a little self defense. (i'm also potentially joining a boxing gym, to help my fitness)
Lost 10st over 7 years, and am on the way back with my health!!
Thanks for putting this out my dude!! I've got a feeling this is gonna help me massively.
