I started working out when my sister told me that she is liking the way I am looking very much.( I was a skinny fat) after leaving seed oils/ refined sugar and flour I lost almost all fat but have to gain muscles.

There will always be a better workout, a better schedule, etc etc.... It is VERY easy to differinate bad advice from good. The main key to grow muscles... Above EVERYTHING is consistency... Yes... That's it. Maintain consistency and by default your life style will change gradually around it. His good physique doesn't only come from his schedule (maybe like 20% of it?) the rest... Is simply time.... Also, for some areas, genetics. And he has extremely good genetics. Good luck

I look too skinny especially my legs below knees i am going gym for the past 6 months my upper body is improving but my overall weight and calves are not improving My friends saying that i have chicken legs 😞
I wish I could progress and push myself again but ive been dealing with back problems for like a year (started working out about 2+ years ago) and now additionally to that I've got months of elbow pain that wont get better.. I cant do shit anymore and I hate it
