Naomi is incredible! Her 'Canonical Doc' and 'UIE (Understand - Identify - Execute)' frameworks have been invaluable in helping me at work over the past few years.

Sending a pre-read before the meetings, having visuals, the trafic light coloring for decisions. Great advice that I will test right away.

Absolutely loved the conversation with Naomi! I picked up so much - from learning about Canonical Docs and the UIE (Understand - Identify - Execute) framework to awesome book recommendations and meeting strategies! So many golden nuggets here! And hey, I loved that you mentioned following a high-protein diet - that’s a must! Thanks, Naomi & Lenny!

I am furiously taking notes. Also downloaded this episode as I’m sure I will go back and review it as often as I do the product vision ep with Ebi Atawoodi.

This one resonated with me so much - and not just because my daughters are also part Jewish/Chinese and one of them is named Naomi - but because I think I share a lot of the same set of skills as she does, so I am looking up to her as a professional example on where that could take me. Sat down to work today on a canonical doc for a large project that I’m leading. Thank you for the inspiration ❤

This is great, motivating and informative. Cant stop taking notes and dump all the tactics in my head! This is really amazing. PS: Disagreeable givers! never give up doing that!

this episode made me realise i'm so tired of corpo product management, focusing on product development is great but hearing of meetings, processes, and related corpo speak makes me uneasy. One day i'd like to be proven wrong & convinced that it's all necessary. If anyone can recommend additional resources/videos/books on that i'd love to dig in!

I hate to break it to most folks, but if you want to see what top class product management looks like - study Steve Jobs (theres lots of content on YT) very, very closely. Top tier, elite product management is not done on the order of process or meetings.
Content is the key, not the process.

Hey, I saw your videos. They're great and informative but your thumbnails are not appealing enough. I think you should hire a Professional Thumbnail Artist for your videos to increase your view count cause every impression matters. I can improve your ctr from 2-3% to 15%. Please acknowledge and share your contact details to get your thumbnail.
