They turned out great. What exactly is the product from Big Star Lights that I would need? I can't seem to find anything similar here in Ireland.
Any light string can work. Spt2 wire, c7/e12 bulbs and sockets, vampire plugs. I’d google bulk Christmas lights for installers Ireland.

Hi Lee. We operate a successful photo booth rental company in Montreal with +10 units. I will be adding Marquee letters and have questions before I buy your plans.: (1) What would you recommend for the sides of the letters (the 4 inch panelling)... plywood or pine planks? I am concerned pine will be too thick, but also that plywood will be a pain to finish properly prior to painting. (2) the 36 inch letters seem so easy to transport, but 48 seem sooooo much bigger and nicer. As a pickup rental, what do you prefer? 36" vs 48. Pros and cons.
36in letters are the best size to transport and stack. Use 1/2in pine plywood for the outside of the letters. I will be making a video about the letters here soon on the DIY WEDDING MARKET you tube channel.

I noticed on your construction guide, you say use spray paint but in this video you roll on paint. Which has seemed to work better for you?
Les did the spray painting on his which he stands behind and I did the roll paint on mine which I stand behind. So ya……

We stopped selling the lights. But you can order from big star lights.
Which nail size did you use to put it together?
1in Brad nails.
questions will the CNC machine also cut out the trim with angles ???
Some cnc machines could do this, however it is very time consuming. It would be more efficient to do the outside angle cuts with a 12in compound mitre saw.

Hello. Just getting into the business. I wanted to buy a cnc machine to make 3-5 sets of letters and numbers to rent. Do you know any cnc machines I can purchase to make up to 4ft for a small business based business. It seems that most have small cutting space of 24x32 or they are giant for warehouse space
A cnc machine has a big learning curve for anything affordable. I suggest getting them made to make the whole process more affordable.

How much does it cost to make one letter you think
Aound $100-$150 a letter.
How did you get 26 letters cut for 600$. I'm having a hard time finding someone to cut them.
I got a quote from a cnc business and got the work done. Google local wood cnc or water jet business.
@@therentalguy I found a place that you can learn to cut them yourself on a cnc for free. Yahoo!!
