build huge 3D letters- how to make for parties and events

We were contacted by a client to make some 5 foot 3D letters. These are the largest ones we have done to date.
wood used:
1/4" lauan plywood
3/4" sande plywood
tools:
jigsaw
circular saw
table saw (optional)
sander
flush trim router bit
pin nailer
brad nailer
adhesive:
wood glue
CA glue with instant activator
came out great.

These are 5 ft tall. The width depends on the font used and varies by letter. They are 12” deep.

We currently do not. You can create your own though in illustrator and scale up proportionally.
