    When she said "Don't be lazy, a few minutes of exercise each day reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke" I was about half way through and I felt like I was about to drop dead from a heart attack. I can see why they use computerized graphics, a normal person would die if they tried to complete this workout 😧

    I see some comments below you do this but your body will get use to the same workout overtime,try adding more intensity and also adding weight resistance training,and a proper diet helps increase your result by at least 50%,just started but already lost 4bls in almost one week but am overweight so my calorie burn is high right now hope this helps.

    Fun fact this workout doesn't burn 300 calories. I had my Apple Watch track the workout has a HIIT workout and it tracked I only burned 188 calories.

    just so you know. you don’t burn 300 calories. they say it for views, but I did the workout and I would recommend it!

    This is great! I mean...I had to stop after 5 minutes because I thought I was going to die (I'm extremely out of shape), but I definitely burned a lot of calories!

    I've decided I'm going to do this before dinner for a week and then the next week I'll do a different video to switch things up! I eat about 1600 - 1800 calories and plan on losing about .5 a pound each week. I plan on updating this around November 1st or so.
    Update 1: So I could only complete about 1/3 of the workout but I plan on trying it again and finishing it, so I'm just taking a break.

    I nearly died! after the burpees my body was already checking out. Could barely last 15 seconds per exercise. Hopefully if I keep it up I will be able to complete a full 15 minutes one day.

      I have resorted to walk/running in the heat of the day because its always hot. I walk most of my neighborhood and run when I can to get my lungs going. It helped open my airways a bit and I am doing better stamina wise. 2.5 miles and it usually takes me 30 minutes. Maybe if i can keep it up and increase my stamina, I will be able to survive this training.

      I think for that workout you need a warm up session, about 5 minutes.Only in this way it will burn 300 calories in 15 minutes.And actually i think that it can be burned like 200-300 per workout.I can burn 100 calories/10 minutes and after i raise up my heart rate to about 160, then i can burn more than 100 calories/10 minutes.

      It showed correctly I guess,I don't think this workout burns 300 kcal, even a 20 min HIIT workout only burns up to 180 kcal, this one has some difficult moves but not completely difficult,but if you repeat it ,it will burn around 250 which is not bad

    I'm on my journey I'm 300 lbs and have over 100 lbs to lose. I'm over being over weight. Last night i worked out for the first time and it felt amazing. At this weight it was hard to just start out because my body got accustomed to not being as active as i used to be. In orser to fix that I've started drinking only water for the past 2 months now i can't stand cokes/sodas/juices because it's like i can actually taste the sugar in it now. If i seldom do get anything outside of water it's Sprite. But, drinking water has given more energy to finally kick start myself into working out. This will be my second night working out and I'm excited to see results. Going to incorporate this into my 20 lap jog i made around the house. Even though I'm just starting i feel the difference and now that i can workout without tiring out i feel like the pounds will shed alot faster.
