She told me she goes without eating for a couple days and will throw up only after having one meal per day. She keeps telling me to get on it but I prefer losing weight the slow and steady way. I’ve lost 20 lbs over the last 4 months. Cut down my carb intake to less than 20 grams per day and focused on increasing protein and veggies. Strength training 4-5x per week and increased my steps by 5,000 per day. If I can do it then you can too Don’t give up. 🙏🏼
To me the hardest part is giving up on carbs, I'm Italian and we are so addicted to pasta, it's the main dish at lunch, to the point I sometimes don't even know what to eat instead of it, but it's true: the more carbs I eat, the more I want them, and I constantly feel hungry. I'll try my best 💪

I used tretinoin 0.1% for 9 years more a less. 2 months ago I switched to tazarotene 0.05% and I think that it is better. But I don’t know, I’m not a doctor. For sure is stronger on my skin

Check the quality of the meat you take. The average store-bought meat is pumped with growth hormones, antibiotics and all sorts of chemicals that can wreck your skin. You could fare better on meat that’s organic, grass-fed/ free range, no added growth hormones etc
