That's an awesome way to put it 😍 I see mobility/movement/flexibility training as the "foundation" for any other sport you put on top. The better the base, the more + the quicker you can excel in any discipline. Love that you find new ways of moving. I'm a big fan of weightlifting too! 🥰

Yes absolutely! I would recommend this approach: focusing on the bigger joints in terms of mobility training (spine, shoulders, hips) and then adding resistance training as a means to strengthen your back + legs (could be weighted workouts, traditional gym or else). Mobility is great as foundational training however there's a big benefit to adding resistance training on top (bone density, strength etc.). 🥰

I am really grateful for these mobility routines, I do them daily for 2 years I think now. Can't live without that anymore 😁 But... sometimes there's some funny music choices, like the first and last track of this one. There is a cat screaming in the first track and in the last one some haunted voices, it's irritating. I loooove doing this daily but sometimes I have to skip parts of the video 😬😅

Could you potentially make a bit for mobility when on your menstrual cycle ? The rest day video works as well! I just get crampy every 4 months or so and I know movement is so important when shedding to relieve cramps I’m just like ahhh

100% Mobility is probably more important that resistance training as its the first thing to go when you age and causes many issues before then too
