when considering tires i also think about tire protection… i am not sure whether tannus armour makes 24” size or whether they are out of stock. 26” tannus armour is readily available. but, if there is a 24” version of tannus armour, the added range of the 24” tire may be cancelled out by the armour reducing range by a few miles. however, comparing that to 26” tires with tannus, it is still better in range. you can also put flatout or slime with tannus armour or other tire protection, so it’s not necessarily about using one over the other but rather just having the best practical protection with reasonable cons so that you’re not stuck far away from your destination. also, some say you can ride with a flat on tannus, but according to their website that is for non-fat tires. it does not apply to 4” wide tires. overall, there are more options for 26” tires but hopefully that will change with 24” having just as many options of accessories, if it becomes more popular.
Just commented something similar. I hope heb/hycline and some other tire manufacturers/distributors start making some good solid option for 24x4.. as of now there is hardly any good options other than the basic cheapo tires thats not even a question of if.. but when they pop/go flat. I've seen tons of people with just non ebike 24x4 asking for these tires aswell. Hopefully someone sees this and starts making them!
@blackfeathers Yes! Tire protection is extremely important! I have flatout in all of my ebike fleet! And I swear by it. If I only had 2 or 3 e-bikes I would also add tannus armour in them. Like you I am hoping availability on tires, tubes and flat protection gains more traction!
Hey, when I pick up my bike and mount it so I can test the dual motors with the throttle, only the back wheel spins but the front one doesn’t move at all, even after pressing the red button to activate dual motors only the back wheel spins. Is this normal or did my front motor come defective? If you could try picking up the bike, or have someone pick it up for you to test it out and see if I’m the only one, that would be great! I might have to return the bike if it was false advertisement for the dual motors, unless I got a defective front motor. Thank you for the content!
Hello there! If your front wheel isn’t spinning, could be that you haven’t plugged the front motor cable! It could be something as simple as that, I had to learn to since this is my first dual motor eBike. Yes! You are correct! There are a few factors that play a role on top speed and voltage is one of them, so you are correct that the Five Star with the 60v is more powerful over the Tuttio with the 52v
hi, so quick question, could you do a review of the seeker 26 inch version? and see how it compares to the seeker 24 inch one? i just am trying to know if it is worth paying the extra 100 dollars to get the 26 inch version.
Great informative review! E-cell now offers 24-in tires as standard. And charging $149 more for 26 inch. I'm 6 ft and I love my ariel rider with 20-in tires. Getting tired of my road bike with large tires. I will be getting the 24 in Ecell after seeing this review! 😊

Good morning, maybe I'm wrong but I thought motor, controller and battery controlled top speed not tire size as you stated.A surron has 19 inch tires and is faster than both of the bikes you were reviewing. Other than that keep up the good work and please be safe.
When the bikes are the same with the exact same parts the one with the bigger tire will have a higher top speed and the one with the smaller tire will have a faster acceleration

Just a few adjustments in your presentation.
Fat tire problem! Tires wider than 2.4 inches WILL NOT FIT into the bike racks on public busses. I take ny Specialized Como on busses, then ride. It expands range to hundreds of miles, not 30.
Bought Heybike Horizon 24" 750w step-thru in January '24. Have over a thousand miles...mostly off-road on dirt/gravel. To address a concern below....it comes with Chao Yang Hipposkin tires. I carry a repair kit in case....but no punctures/flats at all. Bike looks great, powerful enough on hills for most uses , and 24" is my sweet-spot (5'-8"). However, I LOVE the idea of the Tuttio Seeker24, and she makes it sound great, as I feel the NEED for the front wheel to be powered for those deeper sandy patches where the front wheel gets bogged down. On a something like a Surron (motorcycle-like), you can power through, but with 750w (One HP)...not-so-much. Would order one today (willing to pay more) if it was torque assist. Final concern is California with its crazy-proposed legislation promises soon to come down on these more-powerful bikes on the street, and eventually state-controlled parks and BLM areas.
I don’t mean to be rude, but this was a horrible comparison. You should’ve compared the five star 17 inch frame with 26 tires with the five star 17 inch frame with 24 inch tires. I have the five star 26 inch in blue exactly like your bike and I’m waiting on a 24 inch five star from the factory now that would be a really good comparison
i am wondering the same thing since there are no info on 24” tires from reviewers of this bike. better portability is a compelling reason to go with 24.
That definitely wasn’t an understanding or nice comment- Us TH-camrs don’t have every eBike in the market with all their different models. if I had unlimited resources and space, then yeah I would have loved to compare both sized frames with the different tire sizes meaning the two ecells five Star e-bikes, that would have been ideal, BUT i don’t have two five Star e-bikes, I only have a 24” tired Tuttio, and just trying to help people out with the resources that I do have.
@@iblackfeathersI don’t think any TH-camr has the 24” tired Five Star, but since I do have the Tuttio with the 24” tires- I did this comparison with the e-bikes I do have in hope of helping potential customers a little….
@@electrifiedlatina6871 Yea, why don't you have every single bike combination E-Cells has to offer?? Lol, that would be like 30 bikes , people are ridiculous
Wow, some tough comments. I thought was a really good wheel size comparison. I have ridden 26 “, 24”, and 20” bikes/ebikes and I believe the riders height has a lot to do with the best wheel size. I am 6’ tall, and I prefer either 24 “ or smaller 20”, because ease of getting on/ off the bike, stability, etc. Yes, not many 24” ebikes made but for my height, maybe the sweet spot. After I receive my new Seeker 24 will know. Ms Latina, please keep up your great informative videos. Bob
off-topic...my ebike Preference is...DUAL CROWN FRONT FORKS, with 24"s. Always, for lots of good reasons. whatdayasdink? E-Cells come that way, no?? (TERRIFIC VIDEO, and informative..."I swear, this grass grows taller every day!" :-)))) Handlebar height sure is a BIG deal, yes?!
Yes! I love that combination of dual crown front forks with 24”s. I like bounce and comfort! You can get the E-Cells like that by paying extra. Thank you so much for your kind words! And yesss handlebar height is indeed a big deal haha👍
EVERYONE would prefer a comparison of the e-cells five star and the wired freedom, but I'm guessing that you have a contract with either company that says you can't do that? Did wired e-bikes piss you off? Why else would you say that the two bikes in this video are the ones you ride most, and the most powerful?
Everyone or you would like to see a comparison video of those two e-bikes. I don’t have a contract with either company, us TH-camrs are independent contractors and can do whatever videos we please. A comparison between those two e-bikes wouldn’t be fair or accurate because I have the older 2024 model of the Wired, and the latest Five Star. I ride these two e-bikes the most because they are my latest and greatest, with one of them having a dual motor and it’s a hoot to ride, and the Wired just came out of my mechanics after being there for months, so don’t try to read in between the lines and give it a weird and negative spin.
I'm pretty sure e-cells offers a smaller wheel option than just 26". If you too had to actually purchase the bike yourself, you'd probably realize that. However, it appears as though the nice people at e-cells had a moment of poor judgment, or they simply didn't watch your video criticizing their company/bike, and sent you a bike for review anyway. It's really too bad that they didn't send it to someone who was actually fair in their judgment and criticism. Or at least someone who would take the few seconds necessary to navigate to their website to check and see if they offered a smaller wheel before making this video.
Obviously you didn’t watch my video in its entirety OR you didn’t pay attention to what I said. In this video I said that both companies Tuttio and Ecells Five Star offer both a 24” version and a 26” version. So yeah you have no idea what you’re talking about.
You mean the one where I say “let’s roll the intro”? I’ve been saying this for a long time, and when I don’t it’s inevitable that one of my viewers will call me out on it haha!. And thank you! I do take my time to study and learn everything I can about e-bikes I review! ✌️
Another great video. 👍. Be careful in that tall grass. I’ll definitely be looking at 24 inch tires for my next e-bike whenever that is. That seeker looks like a decent bike and I like its small 15 in. frame. When you were just getting back on the asphalt from your uphill- downhill test it showed how big of a bike the 5star is. Take care.

I always enjoy seeing my local park in videos like this. You should check out the channel Freshly Charged, they also do ebike reviews and often film in and around Cherry Creek.
--When you're in the shade and talking directly to the camera, take off your sunglasses. Wearing sunglasses is what Used Car Salesmen do, so you can't see their eyes.
--It was 'different' to watch you ride with a support vehicle cameraman...right up until traffic came up in back of you. Then I stopped listening to what you were saying, and started wondering, "WHAT are the drivers in back of you thinking?"
--Overall, you're doing good! You're very enthusiastic! Just a few adjustments in your presentation.
Fat tire problem! Tires wider than 2.4 inches WILL NOT FIT into the bike racks on public busses. I take ny Specialized Como on busses, then ride. It expands range to hundreds of miles, not 30.
Speak spanish or portugese?there is a you tube from Brasil moved to winnipeg manitoba and has a channel on e bikes.
Patty wiens is her name
26 is WAYYY better!! Because that's what I have 😂😂🤣
That’s very funny! 🤣
I actually prefer 27.5 x 2.8 lol
Lol! To each their own 😉
Actually acceleration will be better on 24" rims
Yes! 👍
24? 26?
Depends on all the factors taken into consideration in this video ;)
Bob
You misspelled "centimeters"...
I also have trouble spelling sentameataz.

off-topic...my ebike Preference is...DUAL CROWN FRONT FORKS, with 24"s.
Stop peddling
Will never stop peddling- that’s what a bike is for and a like to exercise…. Random comment haha
You have to drop that silly intro. It's so dumb. You know a lot about the E-bikes you're promoting.
You mean the one where I say “let’s roll the intro”? I’ve been saying this for a long time, and when I don’t it’s inevitable that one of my viewers will call me out on it haha!. And thank you! I do take my time to study and learn everything I can about e-bikes I review! ✌️
@@electrifiedlatina6871….. You better not drop your intro. 👍😫. Happy Riding.
Take care.
@@bobk18haha! I think many of my viewers would be super bummed if I dropped it! ✌️
@@bobk18thanks so much Bob! When I first got into the tall grass I fell and it was right next to a huge snake lol! I screamed so hard. Yes! The 5 star next to the Tuttio is much bigger! Happy Riding!
Ecells sent you a free bike😂😂😂😂 #wired
Yes, they did. So did Wired, and Tuttio and many other brands. This is how brands advertise their products through us TH-camrs. So don’t understand your point or what’s funny.
WHEELS, NOT TIRES.
That’s what I meant, and you knew what I meant too..
The seeker 24 is a good bike it will go 40 miles an hour it's cheaper off of Amazon
Seeker24 is a great bike indeed and super fast too! They just lowered it on Amazon, but you have to wait two weeks for delivery, at the Tuttio store you get it within days, warranty on Amazon is 1 year, with Tuttio it’s 2 years and you get live support 24/7. Thanks for watching ✌️
